I stayed in kings park residency for 5 nights and it was overall a pleasant experience. The reception staff were extremely cooperative

Good hotel, excellent location (very close to chepauk stadium. It will take approximately 10 min from station by car or auto rickshaw.

Rooms all are not clean very bad smell in room and toilet also not worth money. No smoking board but still smoke in side of rooms. Bed and room size very small

Stay was just okay, definitely not a 3 star hotel. The room was very small, wall were dirty, linen also was dirty, but the bathroom was well maintained.

There's no room service during my stay, moreover no hot water, no sports channels, old comforter and torn bedsheets. I am totally disappointed.

The hotel is a budget hotel and not a 3 star. Room is small and not as shown in photo. The food served in room was also cold and crockery not as you expect in star hotels.

We were given a smoker room and find it difficult on day 1. To our suprise, few our bags and seets were eaten by rats on 2nd day. You need to inform reception for room cleaning. Other wise, they don't do.
