It was good experience with them. Though I won't say the best. First of all, I had trouble finding the hotel location. I was trying to find the hotel through map but I was directed to wrong location then I asked locals even they failed to show. Somehow I found the hotel later.
After checking in the hotel, I liked the room and everything. Though they advertise that they have cooking option. But they don't allow cooking. At least they could provide microwave oven.
Just before checking out, I found some cockroaches in the room even inside the washing machine. I was so in hurry so didn't have time to notify them.
By the way, their service was good. They always replied promptly. But I had to give them poor rating in cleanliness.

房間寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，洗澡的熱水也特別好，服務人員的態度也特別好，尤其是前台和保潔大姐，人都特別好，而且離地鐵站很近，就幾步路，樓下的美食也特別多，吃飯出行都很方便，我們已經連着住了好幾天了，下次如果來成都還選擇這裏😃

房間類型很不錯，環境也好，衞生乾淨，衹是沙發扶手應該換一換了。服務也很好，入住，離開都會温馨提示，挺好的，下次還來。
