Nangang Creative Hotel

The girl on the reception was amazing and so friendly. But the room was so dirty especially the floor - our white socks became black after one step. And there was bad cigarette smell.

I am super disappointed at what the receptionist did to me. Last Friday I booked at the hotel and checked out on Sunday. My flight left me on Sunday and I checked out in a hurry, rushing to catch the next flight. I wrote on the translator that I am checking out and I had my friend’s sneakers with me who stays in Chengdu. I asked to leave them at the reception and my friend will go and fetch them. The lady at the reception said okay and seemed very understanding. Today my friend is at the hotel to fetch her sneakers and she’s told that they have been trashed because they only keep items for 5 days. Why didn’t she tell me from the day I was leaving the shoes? My information is already there, including my number. She could’ve called me before trashing them at least, if she really cared. Had she told me that they keep items for 5 days, I could’ve specified that to my friend or even find another alternative. She can’t speak English and the only way we could talk was through a translator, so she can’t even lie and say she told me because all the did was reading what I wrote on the translator and nodded her head, as if she understood everything. I’m really angry about this! That was so inhuman to just trash someone’s sneakers without even trying to contact me while you already have my number.

Не плохая гостиница, на пару ночей. Минусы: Душевая и туалет вместе, при купании вмеимокрпинет даже шторки. Тапки все испорченные. Постельн белье в пятнах краски, но оно чистое было. Плюсы: Их много перечислять все не хочу, основные для меня. Телевизор с русским каналом один есть (перевод). Номер чистый. Трансфер до аэропорта. Ресепшен очень хороший. Сразу вайфай с кодом в номере. И т.д. Нам понравилось переночевать пару дней
