Place was clean, odour free and conveniently located. It is 5mins drive from Chengdu East Train station. Room provides a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

整體體驗非常滿意。酒店位置交通便利，周邊配套齊全，無論是出行還是用餐都非常方便。前台工作人員服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房流程高效快捷，讓人感受到賓至如歸的感覺。
房間整潔乾淨，裝修風格簡約又有設計感，床鋪舒適，隔音效果也很好，能保證高質量的睡眠。特別喜歡房間內的小細節，比如智能燈光系統、藍牙音響和空氣凈化器，處處體現出對客人的貼心與用心。
早餐種類豐富，中西結合，味道不錯，能滿足不同口味的需求。酒店整體衞生管理也非常到位，公共區域乾淨整潔，有專人定期打掃。
總的來説，桔子酒店不僅硬件設施齊全，服務也非常出色，是一次非常愉快的入住體驗。下次出行還會優先選擇桔子酒店，也會推薦給朋友和同事。

這次的入住體驗一如既往的好！一進門就是熟悉的🍊味，酒店人員服務熱情到位，房間設施也不錯。出酒店不遠就是地鐵口，早餐供應新鮮好吃，晚上睡覺也舒適不吵，以後選擇酒店，桔子可以優先考慮。

酒店衞生非常好 是我特別喜歡的橘子味 特別香甜 晚上入睡的也很快 床特別舒適～前台態度非常好 更換房間中間有一點小插曲也積極的解決了 而且我是第二天早上的高鐵票 前台特別暖心的提前蹭送了牛奶和麪包 heart暖暖的～ 前台兩個小姐姐態度特別好 期待下一次的入住～

本來不想點評的，但是服務接連出錯，感覺有必要留言。
首先，客人半夜十一點多入住，前台妹妹在給我選房間之餘，還在給插隊的客人找隨份子的零錢，做事很沒有條理。
其次，地面和床頭等位置，應該有段時間沒清理了，滿地毛髮和灰塵（照片是我入住第一天晚上清裏的）。
然後，7號早上出門跟前台講的很清楚，由於我在房間未見到請勿打擾標示牌（牆面也沒有相關按鍵），所以請她務必通知保潔不要進入房間打掃。但是很遺憾，晚上回來，顯然保潔進來過了，前一晚熬夜酒精清潔消毒白做了。很不爽。

我們這次自由行住了三個酒店，桔子酒店這家是我最最滿意的，房間是暖色調看着很温馨，配色之間漂亮，每個設施齊全為客户提供周全，照明燈是可以調大小，夜起也有隨時開起聲控燈，房間非常安靜，適合我們歲數大長者住，地鐵站口近到那裡都方便。
