Fue muy difícil para los huéspedes internacionales como nosotros encontrar su hotel, pero me brindaron un excelente servicio. Definitivamente regresaré.

Personal de servicio amable y servicial.
La ubicación es buena. A unos 10-15 minutos a pie del IFS.
Hay buenos lugares para comer en la zona.
El hotel es un poco difícil de encontrar, ya que solo se encuentra en el nivel 13. Hay una pequeña puerta que conduce al ascensor que lleva al hotel.
La limpieza necesita mejorar.
El aire acondicionado es centralizado.

Cuando estuve una noche en septiembre, no me sentí sucio, pero en octubre, cuando bajé del ascensor, la entrada estaba sucia y el baño no estaba limpio.

Great location and great service! The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located near Chunxi Road and other popular spots, which made getting around really easy. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Chengdu!!

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly helpful. After checkout, the nice lady on duty went above and beyond by assisting us in booking a Didi and even contacted the driver on our behalf to ensure everything went smoothly. This level of service made our stay much more convenient and stress-free.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax after a long day.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its location. It’s very convenient to nearby amenities, including shopping areas, restaurants, IFS, making it easy to explore the city. Sweet strawberries from pushcarts vendors are easy access too.
Overall, I had an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great hotel, super clean. The room like brand new, very spacious, no cigarette smell, tilt windows, very nice amenities. Floor heating. You can use European plugs, and USB C ports to fast charge. Right next to the hotel is a direct bus stop to the Sanxingdui museum and small grocery stores. Very friendly service. I would like to thank the lady at the reception for booking us tickets to the Chengdu Museum. Great location. The only minus - construction work in the immediate vicinity and no one informed us about it before or during check-in. A big plus for the free self-service laundry. One washing machine and a dryer, detergent also for free. The hotel is impossible to find if someone does not know where it is. The entrance is on the photo, take one of the elevators to the 13th floor.
