Louis Castle Sycamore Hotel

We went for a relaxing 2 nights during the CNY Festival 28th & 29th and there is supposed to be 3 restaurants, however when I tried to reserve a table at the English restaurant they advised it is not open due to the China Holiday. There was then the option of the Hot Pot Restaurant or Chinese and I booked the Chinese Restaurant and they also acknowledged this when we arrived. We wanted to have an afternoon coffee and enjoy the atmosphere of the nice interior of this hotel, we had to wait about 10 min or more for a staff member to arrive and then the only snack we could order with coffee was a small macaroon, which I hate. We then had to walk 20 minutes to a Starbucks. The hotel is situated on a very busy main road and about the only views you get from your room is the road and apartments across the street. The internet states that they have an Executive lounge and upon arrival they advised that they do not have such a thing (Verry misleading and disappointing) We booked a suite and it was nicely furnished and large, also very quiet from outside noises, but that could be because they had no guests??. We turned off the bedroom Air conditioning to stop the noice, however it was still noisy from the other room. The Toilet that was near the entrance of living room had a very bad smell and it did also go into the living room, luckily the toilet near the bedroom did not smell. We went for dinner and asked the staff where is the Chinese restaurant and they showed us the domes outside that is designed for HotPot, there was not much to choose from on the menue and it was also very average and I could not charge it to our room as they said it was seperate from the restaurant. Breakfast was very, very limited and what I would expect in maybe a 3.5 - 4 star hotel in China and certainly not even close to the level go Guangzhou 4 & 5 star hotels. You had to specifically ask for cold milk to put on the small selection of cereal that they offered, the only coffee is a little coffee machine that just makes black coffee and no plate for your coffee cup. During breakfast my wife who is Chinese was speaking to the only service staff there was in the breakfast room and she told us the Chinese restaurant was in another building further from the HotPot section. We cancelled our second night stay and went to see the in-laws the next day which was not part of my plan. Very Disappointing and just another case of build a beautiful hotel, don't maintain the outside of the building at all and don't offer the facilities and service to match what the hotel aesthetically portrays. I absolutely would not suggest staying at this hotel

做為一個本科和碩士都是酒店管理專業畢業的人來説，住酒店真的很挑剔。這次是閨蜜推薦的路易城堡。我倆除了住酒店還在酒店打了一場麻將和吃了他們網紅的梧桐火鍋！[偷笑R] 下面我會以每張圖片為單位分享一下我在酒店不同環節的體驗，有好的也有不好的，希望能對大家選酒店有幫助。 圖一：這是我在酒店的第一個亮點，我是從攜程直接預訂的，在入住的前一天就接到了酒店的電話，問我住酒店有沒有什麼偏好，後續住酒店時服務也非常專業和高效，真的狂加好感！ 圖二：進門就是拱門設計，左邊是化粧桌，右邊是minibar，並且是可以關門隔斷的，把洗漱區衞生間和住的區分開，這個設計真的蠻戳我的。 圖三：對於700左右的酒店房間，配備化粧桌這個事我是很驚喜的，他後面的窗户是可以打開的，正對自然光，對化粧的寶寶們簡直大讚！就是真的坐下離鏡子有點遠，細節地方還是藉助了我帶的手持鏡完成。 圖四：給了minibar一個特寫，是因為覺得放的可選擇的品種不多，而且有一層我沒拍進去，是放紅酒杯的地方是空的，不過我覺得以我體驗下來他們的服務來説，打電話要應該還是會送到房間的，我們住的時候有打電話要過一桶冰塊，都有送。 圖五：和閨蜜定的是他們家的基礎的雙床房，我第一眼是覺得房間和床都不大，但是住下來很驚喜，床和被子都超級舒服！我是真的愛住酒店的人，他們家也真的是我住過非常舒服的床和被子了，床不軟是那種很紮實的感覺，但也不是硬。閨蜜也是醒來就説，昨晚睡得非常好。 圖六：房間裏有歡迎水果，對於這個價格的房間還是很超前了，我沒吃是閨蜜吃的，她形容的是新鮮但不好吃[笑哭R] 圖七：這個牀頭櫃給他一個特寫，是因為去按按鈕和給手機充電的時候都不方便，有點美麗廢物的感覺。 圖八：是從房間窗户看出去的景色，還是很出片的，就是沒法把人一起照進去，窗户衹能打開一個縫，我是把相機伸出去照的，但他們家有帶露台的房型，好像還可以。房間隔音很棒，當時開窗的時候發現外面還挺吵的，但關上之後基本就沒有了。 圖九：麻將房，我的重點吐槽區，228元/四個小時，在成都是絕對算貴的，但是竟然是一個三張桌子的包間，幸好我們那天沒有其他人打，不然這個價格我還要和其他人一起打，我真的會拒絕，配茶衹有苦蕎和花毛峯，麻將是小號麻將，廁所在樓下，我出去回來一趟，感覺我的粧都要熱化了，在成都麻將館裏毫無競爭力。 圖十：沒有拍他們網紅的梧桐火鍋的外觀，大家可以搜名字看看，是那種透明氣泡屋，推薦晚一點，太陽下山搭配他們的空調，環境還是很舒適的。意外的是他們的菜品很新鮮，特別是鵝腸！我們連點了兩份！！而且辣鍋並不刺激，是外地朋友能接受那種。 圖十一：吃完火鍋拍了一張酒店夜景，真的真的非常出片！ 圖十二：哈哈哈，凹了好久的造型才有一張滿意能發，後面是我們投屏看的破產姐妹，這點也很贊，好多成都老牌酒店JW萬豪，瑞吉都不能投屏看電視，我還蠻需要這個功能！ BTW，他們的淋浴間和馬桶是分開的兩個獨立房間，不是那種透明隔間，就是真的完全獨立分開的！很贊！我一直覺得馬桶沒有獨立房間真的是個非常bug的設計，不知道是誰在喜歡[笑哭R] 房間有小度可以語音控制窗簾和燈，電視還是要手動操作。對了，牙刷是厚實的軟毛刷，對於老是用酒店牙刷刷出血的我，加大分！ 總的來説，算是成都這個價格的寶藏酒店啦～

昨天帶着孩子去住了成都路易城堡青銅酒店。外觀堪稱一絕，完美還原了法式城堡的浪漫與奢華。歐式古典風格的建築外觀大氣磅礴，精美的雕花、復古的廊柱，每一處細節都彰顯着匠心，讓人彷彿置身於歐洲中世紀的城堡之中。一進門就是一衹巨大的粉紅色貴婦犬，十分吸引眼球。 酒店內部由香港鄭中設計事務所（CCD）操刀，將錦官城的閑適與法國浪漫元素巧妙融合。大堂暖色調燈光搭配精緻擺件，營造出優雅的氛圍。房間寬敞明亮，裝修精緻，智能設備小度既可以控制燈光還可以控制窗簾，十分方便，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質上乘。 從辦理入住到退房，酒店的服務都無可挑剔。前台Amy管家🌜🌜🌜熱情周到，辦理手續迅速，還為我貼心地介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點。親自把我的行李送到了房間，快遞外賣也是直接送送送，並且還耐心講解，為我和孩子提供了更舒服更大的房間。在酒店內遇到的每一位員工都會微笑問好，讓人倍感温暖。客房服務響應速度快，能夠及時滿足客人的各種需求。 酒店地理位置絕佳，周邊配套設施完善。附近有多個商場，如仁和新城購物中心、摩方購物中心等，購物十分方便。還有眾多餐廳，無論是川菜、粵菜還是西餐，都能滿足不同客人的口味需求。 酒店還包含了豐富的早餐。相比其他同類型的法式主題酒店，這裏的價格更加親民，讓客人能夠以合理的價格享受到奢華的體驗。
