Mercure Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport

I only stayed one night. I wanted a place close to highspeed rail station and CTU as well as access to the metro to get into the city. Front desk staff were helpful and patient with my limited Chinese. In particular the young women who seemed to be the senior staff (I did not learn her name) was particularly helpful.

We check-in at 11pm and checked-out at 5am, although the stay was brief, the service a d memory is long lasting. Upon leaving the hotel at check-out, the reception staff quickly followed with a pre-packed breakfast pack with milk and bread. This was unexpected and will be forever remembered

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Like before, the stay in this hotel has been nothing short of amazing and great!🫰 Firstly, the airport pick up service who Yuki assisted me to arrange the day before went smoothly. Upon early arrival of my flight and I requested for earlier pick up, I called the hotel and Penny politely assisted me to liase with the driver for earlier airport pickup. Airport pick up takes 20 minutes one way. It's a pleasant experience. Secondly, the front desk was smooth, helpful and good. Penny checked me in and Yuki and another colleague checked me out the next morning. All of them were so lovely and awesome. Penny offered a free room upgrade for me and I was more than happy and touched. 🩵 Thirdly, the room was again, clean, fantastic, all functioning and spotless. Love the toilet to have so many high tech modern features such as controllers for the toilet bowl. All drinks in the fridge and drawer of the room were free of charge too! Fourthly, if you wish to wash your clothes there's a free self service laundry service and the second floor next to the gym. It has one dryer and a washing machine. There's an instruction on the wall on how to operate and no detergent is required. Simple to use! Gym facility is free to use and simple yet adequate as well for anyone who wishes to burn some fats after feasting on delicious Sichuan delicacies. Lastly, the breakfast spread was again, as delicious as before. There's wide varieties of food and a cosy ambience for one to eat. Overall, I would definitely love to come back again if I have flights to and from Chengdu Shuangliu airport. All of the staff are a gem to the hotel and the hotel facilitates are superb. It's worth it.🩵🫰🥺

Hotel room is clean with comfortable beds. Very polite and friendly staff. They called us to let us know we left something in the room after we checked out.
