I was here for Lars' concert in Chengdu Donganhu, and this hotel provided many services that exceeded my expectations! First, you can reserve the transport to go and come back from the concert arena, which is completely free. They will make sure you are on the shuttle bus before they depart. All of us received 银耳羹 that night after returning from the concert. This is truly heartwarming after I have been exhausted from spending my energy and emotions in the concert, and some more it's a rainy night.
I reached the hotel earlier than my check-in time, but the staff let me check in early at around 9 am after the cleaning service was done. She is so nice and friendly =)
And on my last day before leaving, the staff helped me to order a Didi car service as I don't have a China phone number. I asked for her Zhifubao QR code so that I could transfer her the fees, but she doesn't want it :') so nice of her.
The hotel offers great facilities as well. The water heater, kettle, and hair dryer are all equipped. Cleanliness is 100%. The room is spacious. Pillow and blanket make it hard to get up in the morning. I love the interior design of the room, especially the sofa.
Chengdu is a good place to visit. Thanks to all the kind and sweet souls here who offer me lots of help! Definitely would recommend this hotel to my friends!

此次入住讓我感受到遠超預期的温馨體驗！特別要感謝貴酒店培養出如此優秀的團隊——前台專員蒲蘭英小姐以極致的耐心和春風般的笑容為我解決各類需求，她的專業素養與真誠關懷完美詮釋了"賓至如歸"，極大的撫慰我因為考試疲憊的內心。11號晚上入住貴酒店，當晚辦理入住時，前台一位小姐姐（遺憾未詢問姓名）為我提供了極其周到的幫助。無論是快速辦理手續、耐心解答疑問，還是主動協調房間需求，都讓我倍感温暖。
雖未能得知她的姓名，但希望藉此表達感謝，也感謝貴酒店培養如此優秀的員工！
早餐廳阿姨們每天用活力滿滿的笑容和親切問候開啟美好清晨，早餐合理搭配，乾淨美味；客房保潔阿姨的細緻程度令人驚歎，連我隨意放置的護膚品都幫忙細心歸整，智能家居的便捷與一塵不染的環境相得益彰。
毫不誇張的説，住了那麼多大大小小的酒店，這家酒店的體驗感是最好的。挑不出一絲絲不滿。非常開心這次考試選擇了這家店 👍👍👍

非常滿意的一次出行！酒店包車接送到體育場，很貼心，演唱會結束還有小甜湯贈送，很好喝！衞生服務也非常好！環境也很不錯，不吵，隔音挺好的。總體來説是一次非常好的體驗！
