We are the group of 3 spanish women that stay in your ryad some days ago, from 18th to 20th, 2 nights. As agreed with the Manager of Ryad A&B the night of 20th was cancelled, so we are waiting for the refund of the amount for 1 night. We are in contact with Booking, they have just told us that you have to confirm that it is ok to refund us the money of the night cancelled. You have to reply the email Booking has sent to you 3 hours ago asking for your confirmation. Please do it asap, we are waiting for the money refund. Thanks in advance!!
