Dear Team, I wanted to share my experience from my recent stay at your hotel, as I believe feedback can help improve services. Firstly, I would like to commend you on the cleanliness of the cabin and the showers; both were well-maintained and made our stay more comfortable. However, we did encounter an issue with the water supply but it was restored within 5 minutes. I also want to extend my thanks to the receptionists for booking all the activities and for arranging the transfers to and from Tangers; it made our travel much more convenient. Unfortunately, my experience this year was not as positive as last year’s visit. While I found the food to be delicious and enjoyed the dining options, I did notice that the overall service was not as good as last year and I also faced challenges with the language barrier, particularly with one waitress who was rude and stated that she did not speak English, making communication difficult. Additionally, the absence of Wi-Fi in the room is a bit inconvenient, even though I understand the intention behind encouraging guests to disconnect. I appreciate the efforts your team makes to ensure a pleasant stay, and I hope my feedback can assist in enhancing the guest experience in the future. Best
