設施：比較新，設施齊全，缺個寫字枱，衹能趴在茶几上。
衞生：乾淨
環境：一個小鎮，環境如同任何一個北方小鎮，到三號火山比較近。
服務：老闆服務態度好，本來訂的帳篷，老闆説冷加了點錢換成大床房。一碗羊肉麪一瓶汾酒96元。

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！從前台熱情專業的接待，到客房整潔舒適的環境，每一處都讓人倍感安心。房間佈置簡約又不失温馨，床品柔軟親膚，一夜好眠完全沒問題🛏️。配套設施超齊全，健身房、恆温泳池都很乾凈，細節處理得特別到位。餐飲更是驚喜，早餐種類豐富，中西式美食應有盡有，口味完全不輸專業餐廳！尤其要誇誇工作人員，無論是需求響應還是服務態度都無可挑剔，全程貼心又細緻，真正做到了賓至如歸！下次來這座城市，一定還選這裏！

實在不理解這家民宿的高評分是怎麼來的。隔音勉強過得去，但衞生狀況很一般，餐廳菜品也毫無亮點，唯一值得肯定的是老闆娘還算熱情——説白了就是個極其普通的民宿。最讓人無法接受的是他們處理問題的態度：之前有三位女孩入住時遇到停電，洗澡洗到一半突然沒熱水，入住的時候發現衞生間沒有打掃，抱怨幾句本是人之常情，老闆居然當場要求她們退房！當時已是深夜11點，這樣對待客人簡直荒謬。更過分的是，停電事故持續那麼久，店家連句正式道歉都沒有。這種服務水準，絕對不會再來第二次，建議店家好好反思改進。

.必須給這家民宿瘋狂打call！地理位置絕佳，離火山超近。房東就像家人一樣親切，最驚喜的是公共區域，露天小花園能燒烤、看星星。房間乾淨到發光，衞生間乾淨。早餐分量足又好吃，體驗感滿分。

位置蠻好的，房間也挺乾淨，我們這次住的豪華3人間！民宿離3號火山近（從北門進），距離北門大概一公里多，老闆也很好，服務很熱情！餐廳還有火鍋🍲，夏天去可以在院子裏燒烤🍖！

裝修很新，整體乾淨整潔，老闆熱情友善，寵物友好。民宿離火山北門很近，自駕去景區很方便。晚上放炮的聲音有點吵，雖然能理解但隔音如果能加強就更好了。
