アメニティはフロントから必要な分とる感じでした！ お水とタオルは毎日希望あれば新しいのを交換してくれます。 スタッフの方は24時間対応でいらっしゃいます。 バスルームが少し狭いのとバスルームに椅子がなかったのが少し困りました。　 湿度がすごいエリアなので、夏だと除湿機の機械にすぐ水が溜まり交換音が鳴り響きます。笑

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was beautiful and the view was just great. There is every house amenities, we can cooked and do a laundry. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Zoe Resort the Sunset village.

The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours. The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet. Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet. In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

Very nice and practical (you walk 20 mins to get to the american village, and the beach is very close)

hotel location near Chatan downtown around 3 mins distance by car, you can park car on the street next to seaside dike which is convenient and free. room is clean and confortable while corridor is very humid without air con., the elder man in the front desk is pretty kind and nice to serve us

Buena ubicación cerca de un gran supermercado. Autobús Airport Limousine: 810 yenes desde el aeropuerto de Naha hasta el Hotel La'gent, Chatan. Desde allí, hay que caminar de 8 a 10 minutos hasta el hostal. También tienen lavadoras (funcionan con monedas).

10 minutes walk to American village , there are coffee and convenience stores nearby, the hotel charge extra fee for car Parking 1000¥ /day , there is not watching machine in hotel room, you need to go downstairs for laundry. The front desk services are from 3pm till 12 midnight . Overall good experience.

Rendimiento de alto costo, lugar limpio, transporte conveniente y buen ambiente. Hay muchas comidas deliciosas en el cercano American Village, que es muy adecuado para quienes quieren comer tarde por la noche. La habitación está bien equipada con cocina y estufa para recalentar alimentos. Los cargos de estacionamiento son razonables.
