Newly built addition to our home with private entrance, in a quiet and safe residential area, near UVa. Excellent walking neighborhood. Full kitchen with living area. Great for families- children 7 and older considered. Sleeps up to 4, with one double bed and one queen bed. The bedrooms open up to a balcony that overlooks the backyard. Convenient, quiet and private apartment, with everything you need! Easy keyless check-in. Blazing wifi, 250 mps, more than ample speed to work from home, have multiple zoom meetings, or stream web content. Smart TV (for your Netflix/Amazon, etc). Note there is local broadcast channels only- NO cable. You can input signal from your laptop to the TV via an HDMI jack also. Bluetooth stereo- play your music from your phone. Coffee, tea and food in the fridge or cupboards is for you to enjoy. Outdoor balcony outside of bedrooms, looks out into backyard. Plenty of overhead fans inside and out. Kitchen has a superfast induction stove and compatible cookware. High quality filtered tap water. New appliances. Great central location, close to most everything in town, including the University, without the noise. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Blocks away from Barracks Road Shopping Center (more restaurants, pharmacy, shopping) and Dairy Market. Easy driving distance to local breweries and wineries. Garden courtyard- you can have some of our homegrown tomatoes, in season. Feel free to let us know about any needs you have. We are happy to help with information or amenities. *** Please note with winter weather that we will do our best with shoveling but cannot guarantee a completely clear walkway/driveway during your stay, If you do have concerns about slipping/falling you may not want to reserve as there are four outdoor stairs down, and one step up to the front stoop, although the walkway is close to your parking spot. *** Parking in driveway for 1 car; advance notice needed if you need parking for 2 cars in driveway which may not be available. Additional street parking always available. Bedrooms open up onto your own balcony, which is adjacent to our family patio. Please do not use the trampoline. This is a duplex; we live in the other half. Shared driveway, separate entrances. We are readily available to assist you! Price includes Charlottesville occupancy tax (9%) plus Virginia sales tax (5.3%). There are five cameras (video and audio) in the backyard, aimed at the chicken coop area. (About 6 hens are in a corner of the backyard.) None are aimed at the rental. It is conceivable that very loud audio from your back balcony could be picked up by these cameras. Cameras will be on and recording. There are none in the apartment. Again, please note that the TV has no cable (antenna only) and there is no smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events, please. Kitchen was great Clean and close to lots of stuff. Communication was excellent. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of little extras and everything was nicely labeled. I would recommend this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay at RRR! It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was clean, had a beautiful kitchen and bathroom and the rooms were comfortable. Only wish the queen mattress was a little more comfortable. It was close to town and Monticello which was the point of being in the area. Julia was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to meet. An excellent ‘neighbor’!

Rugby VRBO Review All that was advertised on the VRBO site was accurate. The hosts couldn’t be more accommodating; and we enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect location in Charlottesville The 2 BR 1 BA addition is adjacent to the owners' house but very private, with a separate entrance and guest parking space. It is spotless and well appointed, with lot of extras like coffee service options and thoughtful toiletries in the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is updated and quite nice and includes an induction cooktop. The owners are readily available for any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Great location! Very convenient location- almost everywhere we went in Charlottesville was a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Super quiet, which we love. I definitely recommend.

Clean, Nice, good location We used the property while receiving treatment at the UVA hospital. It was very easy to get to and from the hospital. The host was very helpful and gracious. We'll definitely stay again if we come to the area.
