We've stayed at a lot of Fairfield Inns and this one left a lot to be desired. The staff were pleasant and attentive. It was clean and the room was in order. Our issues were management. We were there three nights. The second day, there was a network outage lasting multiple hours. When the internet was functioning, coverage was not ubiquitous in the building. The most disappointing feature was breakfast all three days. Day one was OK. Day two, there was no milk and they ran out of eggs. Day three, there was still no milk nor creamer for the coffee except the "fake" creamers, and no eggs. This meant the other breakfast offerings were really limited. The staff said on day two they were expecting a delivery of milk. Same story on day three. Good management would have sent someone to a nearby grocery to get milk so people would have at least had the option of cereal. Additionally, at check in, I opted for alternate day service. We never got it. Further, their front desk system was "down" on two occasions. When the time came, we could not check out except via the app. On the plus side, they offered nice sandwiches in the 6pm-8pm window.
