Steps away from uptown this fully fenced backyard and enjoy your own private outdoor paradise. Take a dip in the in-ground pool (open April–September 18th), or relax in the hot tub—ideal for year-round relaxation. The gas grill and fire pit add a touch of luxury to your outdoor experience, making it perfect for evening gatherings or quiet nights under the stars.
Inside, the home is designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and more. The dining room seats six, perfect for family dinners or enjoying meals with friends.
Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom, a peaceful space that’s perfect for unwinding. The spacious living room features a queen sleeper sofa and a TV with Firestick for your entertainment.

House Rules & Policies
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book. A photo id will be required to receive access to the home.
Quiet Hours:
Please respect the quiet enjoyment of the property. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
Pets:
Pets are welcome with prior approval.
Non-refundable pet fee of $149 applies.
Only up to 2 pets allowed (no cats).
All pets must be disclosed
Guests must clean up after pets, both indoors and in the backyard.
Pets should not be on furniture or beds.
Smoking:
Smoking is allowed only outside in the backyard or on the deck.
No smoking inside the home. .
Parking:
Parking is available for up to 5 cars in the driveway and on the street.
No Parties or Events:
To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and future guests, we do not permit parties, events, or large gatherings in the property. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
Exterior Amenities:
No glass is to be used around the hot tub and pool. The outside fire pit is not to be left unattended, and the hot tub must remain covered when not in use. No bubbles or glass are allowed in or around the hot tub. Additional fees will apply for misuse. Proper swim attire is required at all times. Toys are not to be left in the pool at anytime.
Damages:
Any damages to the property must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
Trash & Cleanup:
Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in the provided outdoor receptacles.
Check Out:
Take out all trash.
Start the dishwasher.
Turn off all lights and lock doors when leaving.

By booking this property, you agree to follow the house rules and understand that any breach of these rules may result in additional charges, if you are asked to leave due to not following house rules and policies no refund will be provided. There are 2 cameras located on the exterior of the home. We have a ring doorbell on the front door and a security camera in the back yard that covers some area of the pool and hot tub

This is definitely a private oasis. The house itself is not to big but 2 teenage kids and 2 adults worked perfectly. The outdoors is amazing, beautiful landscape and the pool is so private, you can easily forget that you are in the city but you are so close to everything. The host is very attentive and everything we needed was there. Definitely would recommend of you looking for a quiet stay in the city.

Absolutely amazing place! We stayed for a conference at the convention center and it was a quick drive/uber as advertised. The home was clean, comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor area, and I now want to redo my bathroom to make it like the master bath. My favorite place was the seasons room off the living room. I had quiet mornings with coffee and unwinding nights with my journal. The host was responsive, kind and accommodating! I am hoping our conference is scheduled in Charlotte again so I can rebook!!

We had a relaxing vacation here. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. House and pool were clean and plenty of supplies. Would definitely stay again when in the area. We had a few questions while there and received immediate responses.

"Private oasis" in description is so accurate! This house is in a beautiful neighborhood, and the back yard is designed so that it feels very private & peaceful. The pool is just fabulous!!! We spent most of our time in it. Plenty of chairs & pool floats. The house is beautifully built as well, with attention to detail....beautiful countertops & floors, & showers...& jetted tub! The beds & pillows were some of the most comfortable I've slept in! & having chronic neck & back pain, that comfort allowed me to be able to enjoy my time even more with less pain...which is priceless & hard to find! And even though you feel in your own oasis...it is conveniently located only about 10 minutes from downtown! It's right off I-77 & easy to find (maybe 2 turns from 77??) We took in a (hilarious!) comedy show at The Comedy Zone, & it only took 10 minutes to get there! The owner was only a text away & checked in to make sure everything was going good, which was very nice. Well-stocked kitchen & bathrooms...even had cute little bags of toiletry items for guests..so nice! Will definitely be back when in the area!!

Amazing
I really enjoyed this home the warmth of the interior and cleanliness and the beauty of the outside it was nice to sit outside and just relax! I will most definitely be staying here again! We enjoyed the hot tub! The only thing I would love to see is lights in the pool or more lighting around the pool! All in all a must stay property!

Family fun & fellowship
Truly impressive! We loved the home and its layout. Although the weather didn’t cooperate enough for us to enjoy the beautiful pool, the house itself did not disappoint. The kitchen and backyard were definite highlights for me—and I made sure to take full advantage of both!

all amenities where good. pool was enjoyable, hot tub over chlorinated. terrain a little difficult for great grama but fun over all . spacious able to flip out door cushion to use , grill and fire pit a plus. little touches in bathroom extra. will recommend or stay again when visiting my grand daughter and family

Great staycation
Absolutely loved this little oasis. My out of town friend had to cancel last minute so I didn’t have time to cancel. No worries staycation in southend it was. Property is beautiful and that hot tub was on point for some relaxation. House and backyard are very well sheltered from neighbors so it really does feel like your own little escape. Enjoyed my time there to get away from it all.
