Year-round living - all linens, towels, beach towels, Beach chair, silverware, all cooking utensils, etc. Real Wood Fireplace with Firewood icluded. Rent by the week or long weekend (depending on the season). Rates are determined by season. Please note that our brand-new hot tub is available all year round!! We do not close it in the winter. If the review says the hot tub was down this was only for a couple of months last winter and we replaced it with a brand new high-end unit. Newly constructed front porch with seating for eight or more and tables for hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Also, beautiful landscaping throughout the entire property!! Also, please note that the entire house has been updated. Including brand new marble bathroom and standup shower upstairs. Additionally, we just created a brand new computer/office set up for work at home capabilities with three monitors, printer and scanner. We also have Spectrum high speed Wi-Fi Internet.
