This remarkable home features an expansive front porch, providing an ideal setting for sipping sunset cocktails or enjoying morning coffee. Four porch chairs offer a serene spot for relaxation. The airy living room boasts contemporary design with Moroccan-inspired accents. Furnished with a 3-seat leather sofa, matching loveseat, and chic accent chairs, it also features a flat-screen TV atop a console table, complemented by a stylish ceiling fan. The well-equipped culinary hub seamlessly connects to the living room, featuring cutting-edge Whirlpool appliances, stone countertops, a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Four tall bar stools and a fold-out table with extra seating create a communal dining space. A discreetly placed stacked washer and dryer add to the convenience. The residence offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms: - The first bedroom on the first floor features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, in-suite bathroom, and private balcony access. - The second bedroom on the second floor (front) includes two bunk bed frames, a walk-in closet, and a shared bathroom. - The third bedroom on the second floor has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom shared with the bunk room. - The fourth bedroom on the second floor (back) showcases a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious master bathroom in-suite. Guests enjoy exclusive access to two floors for safety and privacy, and the surroundings are well-lit for enhanced safety. Convenient parking is provided with a dedicated driveway/parking lot accommodating up to two vehicles, ensuring effortless and stress-free packing and unpacking. Immerse yourself in the opulence, comfort, and convenience evident in every facet of this extraordinary residence! Permit Number: 05255 GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown. *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team. *Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. * *The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
