We recently stayed at your hotel and utilized the shuttle service on 14 April 2025 about 11 to 11.30am. Unfortunately, We must share my disappointment with the experience, particularly regarding the shuttle service to the railway station.
We encountered the driver who displayed evident unhappiness and rudeness throughout the journey. The driver shouted at us without any apparent reason when we were unloading our luggage from the rear boot. This behavior was unwarranted and significantly detracted from our overall experience.
Similarly, my sisters experienced a similarly unpleasant shuttle service to the airport later that day at 1 pm, also with the same driver. This consistent poor service indicates a concerning pattern that needs to be addressed promptly. We believe it is essential for your hotel to ensure that shuttle services are provided by courteous and professional drivers, regardless of their mood. Guests should feel safe, respected, and comfortable during their transit to and from your establishment.
We kindly request that you take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve the shuttle service. Providing transportation services when drivers are visibly unhappy is not conducive to a positive guest experience. I hope to see significant improvements in the shuttle service for my future trips to Chaozhou.
