We were tossing between selecting Fortune Hotel and another one closer to the centre of city . We were glad that we made the right choice in Fortune hotel for our two days holidays in ChaoZhou .
The hotel was very modern and new . The place was spotless clean and lobby reception was staffed by two very courteous young ladies . Our check in was swift and we were upgraded to a room on the sixth floor.
The bedroom was spacious and clean . There were coffee and Chinese tea making facilities. In the mini fridge, we were told the three cans of soft drinks were complimentary. The toilet was very hi tech stuff with automated water splashes and the seat was heated . Now you do not find these kind of toilet facilities in China .
Breakfast has a great variety and selection of food , ranging from soup noodle with meat balls , fried vermicelli , vegetables, fried shrimps, fried chicken nuggets , century egg lean pork porridge , fresh fruits etc. With this selection of foods for breakfast, you would not be in an hurry to have lunch .
The hotel is a bit away from the pedestrian mall in PaiFang Jie , ChaoZhou old town , about 15 minutes drive costing 11 RMB . But the cleanliness of the room and large variety of food for buffet breakfast compensate for the slight inconvenience of location.
If you are coming in to ChaoShan HSR station , please take the public bus with number K2 for 9 RMB and the trip would take you to the entrance ( South Gate) of PaiFang Jie instead of paying 58 RMB for a DiDi ride . After you have walked the pedestrian mall and seen the GuangJi bridge , then you take a private car ride to the Fortune hotel for 11 RMB .
We would not hesitate to recommend to Trip members to stay at Fortune hotel and the decision is based on its spacious room cleanliness, delicious breakfast and friendly courteous lobby staff .

超出預期的完美住宿體驗！強烈推薦！
財庫酒店！每次入住這裏運氣都超好！此次入住是陪孩子高考，酒店離潮州金山中學非常近！方便接送孩子考試！
上一次是出差來這邊就住過，給我留下了深刻的印象，這次再來毫不猶豫的住了六天，這次在財庫酒店的住宿體驗真的非常棒，可以説超出了我的預期，必須給個大大的贊！環境依舊優雅，設施還很新凈，一進入大堂就感覺非常舒適，有淡淡的沉香味，設計感強，氛圍優雅。
房間乾淨整潔，完全沒有異味，床品柔軟舒適，孩子在這裏休息也好，有利於高考！房間視野開闊，能看到孩子的學校！衞生間很寬敞/智能馬桶很方便設施維護得很好，看得出酒店管理很用心。
服務周到，賓至如歸：最讓我印象深刻的是酒店的服務！從前台到客房服務再到餐廳，每一位工作人員都熱情友好、專業高效。酒店還配備了機器人，每次點餐都由機器人送上門，很高級！服務人員也很熱情幫忙提行李！
細節滿分，體驗升級：酒店在細節上做得很到位。例如：迷你吧飲料選擇豐富且免費/還配備了工夫茶及茶具，早餐品種也很豐富，中西式都有，味道很棒，還有洗衣房，洗衣晎幹機，燙衣板樣樣齊全，這些細節讓整個住宿體驗提升了一個檔次。
物有所值，性價比高：綜合位置、環境、服務和設施來看，我覺得這個價格非常合理，物超所值！無論是商務出差還是休閑度假，這裏都是絕佳的選擇。
總心強烈推薦財庫酒店！這是一次近乎完美的住宿體驗，下次來潮州絕對會再次選擇這裏，也會推薦給親朋好友！感謝酒店全體工作人員的付出，讓我們度過了一段如此愉快的時光！

在攜程上搜到的這家酒店，臨時預訂，非常驚喜！雖然定位4星，但是不比5星酒店的配置低，房間乾淨，設施齊全，全屋智能家居，隔音比較好，早餐也不錯，一層就有專門的停車位，停車也很方便，還有洗衣房可以洗和烘乾衣服。還有一點，酒店的名字很吉祥，財庫，財源滾滾哈哈！整體來説，是非常好的選擇！下次再來還會預訂！

這次來潮州旅行，入住財庫酒店真的太驚喜了！從踏入酒店的那一刻，就被滿滿的科技感包圍，全屋智能化裝修直接拉滿入住體驗！房間裏燈光、空調、窗簾都能用電子控制，非常方便！
酒店的服務細節也超貼心，竟然有機器人送物！需要礦泉水、牙刷這些小物件，打個電話，可愛的機器人就“咚咚咚”地送到門口，像開盲盒一樣的取物體驗，孩子興奮得圍着機器人轉圈圈～
最讓我印象深刻的是酒店的茶文化體驗！大堂裏專門設有精緻的茶席，入住時就有茶藝師熱情邀請品茶，一邊聽着她們講述潮州工夫茶的歷史，一邊品嚐醇厚茶香，煩躁的旅途疲憊瞬間消散。臨走前還能跟着茶藝師學泡功夫茶，get新技能的感覺太棒了！
房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。衞浴設施高端智能，還有超大投屏電視，追劇超爽！這次入住真的是一次科技與傳統完美融合的體驗，下次來潮州，財庫酒店必須是我的首選！強烈推薦給大家！

硬件是一點都挑不出毛病的，前台清潔服務也很好，早餐品種不多，但管飽，但是贈送的功夫茶體驗，因為茶藝師遲到沒體驗，之前因為刷**看到而滿懷期待，結果茶藝師卻完全沒有時間觀念，這點很讓人反感，餐廳的杯子沒洗乾淨，住了兩天，兩天早餐杯子邊都有沒洗乾淨的污跡

非節假日入住財庫國際酒店，性價比很高。設施不錯，細節也到位，前台客房服務都值得肯定表揚！停車場有棚，不會被暴曬。總之，在廣濟橋景點這片酒店聚集地，是有其競爭力的。

設施：酒店很新，智能的窗簾燈光馬桶，體驗感很不錯
衞生：收拾的都很乾凈整潔，給保潔大姐點贊
環境：停車場比較小，還好來的早，還有車位，自駕來潮州旅遊，很方便
服務：前台服務都很好，入住的時候，小姐姐給我們推薦了當地的美食跟攻略，沒有踩雷的，退房的時候小姐姐還送了兩個小禮物
潮州工夫茶體驗:未體驗，不予評價
建議早餐品種可以更豐富一點，
健身房跟小童遊樂區域都空了，雖然旅客用的少，但是不能不維護嘛
