Orange Mercure (Chaozhou Ancient City West Lake Branch)

Overall is good. Space for their breakfast is limited although breakfast is included but you have to seek for seats even when you go earlier for the breakfast. Food choices for the breakfast is limited as well, can taste better. For amenities, they don’t provide bathrobe, body lotion and laundry bag other than that basic necessities js provide.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Bed comfortable but pillows too soft. Toilets cleaned but smell oddly. Comfortable and useful laundry area, detergent provided. Breakfast not much to choose. Location is not that convenient.

Happy with the hotel. A little out of the way from old town, but hotel provides transport to us to visit it. Facilities provided is good and staffs are friendly. The bathroom is outstanding.

Nice hotel in new condition, a bit far from the old city icon, shuttle service is ok for one way, find difficulty to get back after the light show, Breakfast is not much choice and only good for the local Chinese style, almost not suitable for the customer who prefer Western style breakfast. Many washing machines for the guest who need laundry their clothes, Receptionist are helpful, free drinks available in the lobby
