"The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very new. Upon check-in, we received a free drink voucher, one per person. The room had a scenic balcony, which was a great experience. (Note: Only rooms on the 5th and 6th floors have the best balcony views!) All drinks in the minibar were complimentary for the first round. The hotel has a paid underground parking garage for 10 euros a day. You can also park on the street nearby, but considering safety and the difficulty of finding a space, we opted for the hotel parking. The garage has a direct elevator to the hotel, which is very convenient. You need to ring a doorbell to contact the front desk for entry and exit, ensuring good security. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the quality was average."

"A beautiful hotel and resort. Booked a double ‘superior’ room with private pool. Although when we got here, the staff member who greeted us, didn’t believe the room that we had booked. And tried to get us into a swim up room, which we refused and stuck to our guns and got the room we wanted. Knee deep in German tourists, felt very in the minority. They weren’t all friendly, in fact very rude and quite insular and just keeping to themselves or other Germans. The rooms are supposed to be non smoking, but we were next to a couple of whom one of them smoked. A laundry and dry cleaning service is listed on amenities, but when we asked at reception they said no. Breakfast was nice, although def again catering for German tourists, who seem to congregate in the bread aisle. Choices of some vary every day, good choice provided, but mini frankfurters etc . No decent sausages, and bacon was ok but a bit limp and lifeless. Plenty of restaurants etc outside the hotel, trying to vary where we eat dinner each night. Trips available to various parts of Crete. Our miaid Rudima was great, very quick and efficient. Phone in room didn’t work, and when we told reception they didn’t seem too bothered. Would it have been different if we were German I wonder? Tv in the room could be better place above the bed, sink in room couldn’t work out how to close plug to use. We are here for another week, so far so good. But they def need to look at what is listed on Trio advisor in terms of facilities / services and correct. Also English tourists like to go on Holiday, Harmony Boutique Resort. Don’t forget about us"

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience, particularly if your priority is relaxation and switching off completely. The hotel itself is modern in design, with excellent facilities throughout. The gym and pool areas were always spotless and very well maintained, and the reception staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the loft rooms, which was comfortable overall and nicely designed, although it did feel a little clinical with the all-white décor. It was difficult to get enough air circulating, and it often felt quite stuffy, especially at night. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful, but for us it lacked a little atmosphere. It remained very quiet throughout the day, which will be perfect for guests looking for complete peace and relaxation, but those looking for a more social or lively holiday vibe may find it a little too subdued. I also used the spa and booked a sports massage, which unfortunately fell below expectations. It didn’t feel particularly tailored or therapeutic, and for the price, I didn’t feel it offered great value. The hotel is located in a quiet village with some very good restaurants nearby. Although, we found ourselves taking taxis into Chania when we wanted a little more atmosphere, character, and variety. The only other minor point was that one waiter came across as less approachable than the rest of the team, which stood out because otherwise the service was very good. Overall, this is a great if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful escape. If you prefer a livelier atmosphere or more going on nearby, it’s worth keeping the location and overall vibe in mind."

"Acabamos de regresar de pasar 11 noches en el hotel de playa Mrs Chrysanna y nos hubiera gustado volver enseguida. Fue un hotel realmente relajante al que sin duda volveríamos. "We spent a week in Kato Daratso and stayed in the Nontas Hotel. The room was big, comfortable and clean and catered for our needs adequately. The staff who I did engage with during our stay were helpful and friendly. We did not use the pool area, or the snack bar so I cannot comment. I was slightly disappointed that we had to keep hold of our towels from the room for the late check out, and also had to leave our bags in the court yard area. The beach was beautiful, and the little cafe was great, nice food, a good selection of drinks, and friendly service. A trip to Chania is a must."

"Mi marido y yo hemos estado aquí tres veces y cada vez nos gusta más. El personal es muy amable y te saluda con mucha calidez. "Todo en el hotel está organizado para proporcionar el máximo bienestar a los huéspedes, desde el check in que es bastante expedito, luego ya en la habitación nos esperaba una botella de vino de cortesía y galletas. La habitación era muy moderna y cómoda. Además el hotel proporciona toallas y un muy útil bolso para ir a la playa que está solo a unos pocos pasos. La habitación también cuenta con un hervidor, tazas, café y té. Atendido que nuestro vuelo se retrasó llegamos al hotel a las 20.45, el manager se preocupó de llevarnos al comedor para que alcanzáramos a cenar. La comida y el desayuno es muy variado y con muchas exquisiteces griegas. La playa está a solo unos pasos y cuenta con muchísimas reposeras y quitasoles por lo que aún cuando uno llegara tarde, siempre encontraba disponibles. Luego de la cena nosotros asistimos al bar que estaba al lado del restaurante buffet en el que además de beber un trago se podía disfrutar de show en vivo de excelentes músicos y cantantes de música local. Al hacer el check out , que también fue muy expedito , nos hicieron también un regalo. Quiero agradecer en especial a Chrysoula y Leonidas quienes fueron muy amables al atendernos en el restaurant buffet. Esperamos con ansias que sea agosto del próximo año para hospedarme nuevamente en este hotel ."

"Empecemos. Compramos suficientes camas para seis amigos, pero por alguna razón Hostelworld no estaba conectado con la página web del hostal hippie, así que hubo muchas complicaciones. El personal de recepción no estaba cuando llegamos para registrarnos, ni durante horas después, así que tuvimos que esperar. Llamamos a los números, pero nadie contestó. La gente de la habitación de 12 camas era muy amable, lo cual lo mejoró, pero la recepcionista hizo que mi amigo quitara las camas sucias de los huéspedes anteriores para que pudiéramos instalarnos. Los baños son realmente horribles, de verdad, lo peor que he visto. Entiendo que es un hostal económico, pero esto es terrible. El techo está bien, eso sí."

"Totalmente caro en todos los sentidos. Habitación muy pequeña en un estilo moderno muy poco útil. La vista era fea porque las otras casas que nos rodeaban tenían techos terribles y estábamos en el 3er piso, así que estaban justo en nuestro lugar. El baño y el espacio de la habitación tienen una instalación inusual y poco práctica. Tuvimos que sacar muebles del balcón para conseguir algo de espacio. Los canales de televisión eran todos alemanes. Debo decir que encontramos esta habitación muy incómoda y no muy útil en muchos sentidos. La luz se encendió en el balcón y se apagó después de las 12:00. La máquina de café estaba rota y no tenía instrucciones de uso y tuvimos que esperar al servicio de recepción al día siguiente. La limpieza estaba bien y un gran servicio de recepción sonriente también en la parte superior, la gente del desayuno aquí fue muy agradable. Durante nuestra estancia, la alarma de incendio se activó a las 05:30 afortunadamente por un error, pero qué espectáculo fuera de control. Al día siguiente, todo el pueblo se quedó sin luz. Nos quedamos 4 días porque pagamos mucho y no queríamos perder tiempo buscando un nuevo hotel o dinero. Esta zona es una zona turística máxima al estilo asiático y nunca encontramos un restaurante griego con un ambiente auténtico y comida local."

"Our second year at Camping Chania in Agios Apostolis, just to the west of the city. We have our own campervan, but we usually rent one of the cabins with an attached toilet/shower and that is what we did again this year. These are lovely clean and spacious cabins and we would thoroughly recommend them as well as the ordinary pitches for campers and mobile homes, Nikos, Pedros, Costas and (young) Nikos are all extremely helpful, as is Tania, the lovely lady who runs the shop. In addition to all this, the site cafe is a real find. The head chef Stella, produces fresh food of real quality every night at prices which are incredibly reasonable. The House white is excellent and the service provided by her lovely son Angelos is a pleasure. All-in-all a very smart operation on all fronts. Andy and Liz, Liverpool, UK"

"El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Así que en la fuerza de eso reservamos una semana en octubre,.. felices con el tiempo (para la pared a la pared del sol) y no se decepcionó .. La habitación era insensible, la comida de la Restaurante era muy buena y Minos fue una vez más la persona que lo arrastraba todo juntos y era muy agradable verle mostrar el caso del personal .. un verdadero activo para Kavos Hotel Suites! Sería muy recomendable especialmente porque incluyen también un coche de alquiler para que pueda llegar a la aldea local de Stavros (adorable) y los muchos restaurantes fantásticos en Chania."
