Family of 4 adults stayed there for 5 nights. (Parents and 2 grown sons) Loved the space we all had both inside and on the balcony. There are 3 bedrooms and a sofa which can all accommodate sleepers. Beds were comfortable. The water pressure is very good for showers. The washing machine came in handy even though very small. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. It's private and spacious. The A/C isn't as good on the lowest of the 4 levels, but we were there when the temps were cool in May. There are a couple of dehumidifiers to keep the dampness away. There is lots of light. Giannis responds quickly to all questions. There is some noise in the lowest level as you are on street level there and people walk by regularly with lots of talking. It can wake you up at night. Locals seem to rise very early and you can hear them on their balconies at 6 a.m. There are several good restaurants nearby if you don't want to walk to the Port. The Port is only a few steps away with tours, restaurants, shopping, carriage rides and a marine museum. There are many steep interior steps within the unit, so make sure steps aren't a problem for you. The internet is very poor, but I believe that is a problem for the whole area. We would go back if we had to sleep 4 people again. Good value for the money.
