臨時訂的酒店，看評價不錯，且活動豐富就定了，其實一開始環境，餐飲什麼給我們的感覺都挺不錯的，但是總的有3個地方不太滿意，我們是晚上6點到的，當時説給我們2間都升級了，升級的時候説2間正對面的，所以就同意了，因為預訂的時候特地寫了希望可以相鄰或者對面，結果因為那間套房實在太遠，還在2樓，所以就趁着在餐廳吃完飯去跟前台商量能不能換一間，最好能和另一間在一起，可是前台説沒有了，説我們一開始也沒説，我説預訂的時候我就特地備註了，怎麼沒説呢，回答我們的就是一句可能沒看到……第2個是晚上回到房間休息的時候想起來沒看到入住歡迎水果和晚安甜湯，就給前台打了電話，當時已經要9點了，前台説甜湯需要自己去餐廳吃，然後水果是下午阿姨統一放在房間的，我説我們晚上6點才到，房間沒有水果，前台委婉的表示水果錯過就沒了……其實這個酒店都安排了短駁車接送，就表示出行肯定是有點距離的，為什麼一定要自己去餐廳吃晚安甜湯呢？還有水果也是，統一放是一回事，但是不應該根據實際情況調整嗎？還有明明登記的時候也填了孩子的入住訊息，房間的洗漱用品也沒有孩子專用的，一定要打電話送……都不是大事，但是細節才是最重要的，總而言之這個酒店的服務給我的感覺挺死板的
