Location is good..u can either walk 10mins or take metro(only 1 atop away) from wuyi sq..cleaniness is also good..the hotel is quite new but other than that is below average..service at front desk needs more improvement..the youngster working there dun really care about service at all..they also have free laundry service but my clothes came back stained instead of being clean..

Located just an 8-minute walk from IFS, it offers both convenience and peace. A huge thank you to Dong Cheng and Peng Peng for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable. We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning. A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart. We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha. Excellent service provided by hotel staff. Accessible snack bar at all time. Staffs are attending to our needs. Cleanliness of the room was great. Overall is great. Improvement- 1. laundry service time takes too long than the promise time ( but this service is very helpful. ) 2. AC heater mode continuously working even with different setting which makes the room hard to cool down.

Great place to stay, not noisy. The room was clean, beds were comfy, but unfortunately AC wasn't working, only heater was working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get quite hot and stuffy without it). For the first night, they moved me to another room temporarily as the room reached 28C. The following days they provided me a portable fan and that worked well enough actually (room dropped to around 18-20C with the heater turned off). Their service was quick and great, so can't complain about that. The room was great, it had a big projector, and everything can be voice controlled or using the switches by the bed. The internet speed was good enough to stream and cast stuff to the screen. They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym (must go to the lobby and ask them to tap Level 2 Gym floor for you) and free laundry and dryers (must be booked through WeChat/Weixin as it's not self service). The hotel was also walkable to some stores as well! The train station was also 5 mins away from the hotel, so that made things super convenient.

When we did the Check-In the lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. Always replied in an unmotivated and annoyed way. Only looked at her phone. Didn't care to give us any attention. And she didn't want to believe us that we don't have a visa and insisted to take pictures of my SIX YEAR OLD visas!? Been to many hotels in China but only experienced this once. I know this is neccessary because foreigner need to register at the police station. But surely they need valid information and not invalid six year old visas. She didn't tell us about WIFI. Just gave us a piece of paper in Chinese language and said "the information is on there". Great, we can't read Chinese. She didn't want to give us any information. Only after we asked she gave us WIFI information and the breakfast vouchers. The breakfast options were very limited. The rooms were spotless. But because of the Check-In experience we will not book this hotel again.

Service is great. Highly recommend. Come with many complimentary services.
