My recent two-night stay at The Jewel Hidden Valley was nothing short of wonderful. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this serene and culturally rich retreat provided the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home.
A special mention goes to "Julie" and "Zhang Kai Yi" (if I remember correctly), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Despite the rain, they selflessly helped us with our luggage all the way to our villa—a gesture that truly touched us. Zhang even took the time to personally walk us to the Tong Guan Kiln, which was about 8 minutes away, sharing interesting insights along the way. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly impressive.
The hotel’s design and layout are stunning, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings while maintaining a luxurious feel. Our villa was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, with high-quality amenities and toiletries that added to the comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight—the spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a great start to our days.
Overall, The Jewel Hidden Valley exceeded my expectations in every way. The peaceful ambiance, outstanding service, and attention to detail make it a hidden gem worth revisiting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, culturally immersive getaway!

Technically, I am not reviewing for this hotel but a Sister Hotel tongguanyao lijing hotel because this one is currently under renovation. They swapped me to a suite instead, was I pissed yes, did their service make up for it? Also, yes. Their service staff was really attentive, especially with the turndown service

週末到銅官窯度假，入住古巷雅舍一居庭院𡋾墅，環境很舒服，前台服務員態度和藹服務殷勤，早餐送到房間。衞浴乾濕分離有大浴缸，智能馬桶。酒店在園區步行幾分鐘就可入園，天氣很清涼，園內有多項表演，巡遊水秀，晚上亮燈後更美，還有非遺文化打鐵花，十分好的體驗。 離店時還有小禮品是茶具套裝啵。

綠心谷酒店絕對達到了我們的預期，夏季酷熱裏面的綠洲。就在銅官窯景區隔壁，到景區遊玩很方便。棟棟別墅，一棟一景，管家服務很是到位。退房時遇到的思婉婉小妹妹笑臉可愛，親切友好。

酒店地理位置堪稱完美，坐落於長沙市中心核心地段，步行即可抵達主要購物中心、知名景點及地鐵樞紐，出行無比便捷。小任的服務令人印象深刻，從前台到客房，每位員工都熱情洋溢、專業高效，24小時響應需求，提供管家式貼心服務。設施方面更是無可挑剔：客房寬敞明亮，床品舒適；衞浴乾濕分離，品牌衞浴用品齊全；健身中心器材先進，恆温泳池水質清澈。整體體驗遠超期待，很值得再次入住！

酒店是全別墅房型，硬件還不錯，房間自帶的泡池不知道為什麼廢棄了，比較可惜
酒店位於銅官窯古風樂園裡麪，位置非常方便，玩累了就可以馬上回房間休息
房間的熱水一直是壞的，這點讓人比較惱火，每次用之前都得喊師傅來修，嚴重影響入住體驗

別墅型酒店 綠樹成蔭 環境優靜舒適 絕對的大氧吧 超讚👍👍👍服務也好 出入房間到酒店大堂 用餐什麼的都可以呼叫專車接送 ，早餐推薦本地特色煮粉或者炒粉嚐嚐 退房還有本地特色小禮物哦😁推薦。

非常完美的行程，帶着孩子和長者住得十分舒適，基本每頓都是酒店解決，最棒的是酒店的服務，遠超大部分5星酒店，每個服務人員都很客氣，能記住客人的房間和姓氏，管家小雨隨時待命，51客滿都能做到隨叫隨到，大大提升了行程的滿意度，也會跟他人推薦此酒店。
