服務：管家服務很好很貼心，要求都積極迴應，提供很多超預期服務，生日升房延期退房都很順利
設施：各種設施都很好，老爺車給送到路邊距離不遠但是很貼心
衞生：還是很乾凈的沒發現衞生死角
環境：酒店環境很好，很有氛圍感，就是比較隱蔽

這次入住體驗真的非常驚艷。
是我近兩年入住最出片的酒店之一，進酒店之後就不停拍照。隨便一拍都是大片，都省了外面拍藝術照的錢了 簡直花一份錢兩份收穫
酒店還有旗袍體驗給小姐姐拍照！非常貼心～
床品，設施，衞生細節都很到位
入住時，前台小姐姐非常熱情引導，還幫我拿行李到房間，服務細節滿分。
二樓書吧有留聲機、黑膠唱片等，拍照絕佳！
總之，此次入住完美，若再來，湘江賓館仍會是首選。

很有特色的一家酒店，滿滿的歷史感！據介紹説這個酒店是當年湖南大學土木工程學院平移的移動樓，還創了當時的記錄。樓梯還保留了上個世紀原汁原味的痕跡。
酒店品質很高，有花園，私密性挺高的，不臨街，所以整個挺安靜的。工作人員也挺熱情，問什麼都很耐心。體驗不輸五星級。

從踏入大堂的那一刻起，每位員工都像接待家人般熱情周到。前台小姐姐不僅提前準備好熱毛巾和歡迎茶飲，還半蹲着詳細講解酒店設施，每個服務細節都充滿温度，離店時經理還追出來送到路口。這樣的服務水準完全超出五星級標準，真心把賓客當家人對待，必須再來！

湘江賓館的位置鬧中取靜，離五一廣場、黃興路都很近，但沒有喧囂，被居民區包圍，很有老長沙味道。放下行李，我們步行到有名的一傳食，坐在板凳上和當地人一起嗦粉，長沙的旅行就這樣地道地打開了。
酒店房間很大，布草舒適，配的茶和咖啡都好，洗護用品也很合用。令人印象深刻的是酒店實打實的服務：保潔員會幫忙擦行李箱、疊衣服，大堂永遠有熱的咖啡和茶，旅拍、下午茶都如假包換……同時，酒店也承載博物館功能，可以在樓內探索湘江賓館的老物件。此外，我必須激賞酒店的備品，除了戴森吹風機這種明面上的豪華，酒店選擇的牙膏牙刷、迷你吧每天變化的飲料零食等，都處處顯示對住客的關懷。
酒店在很大程度上決定遊客對城市的印象，湘江賓館的早餐、洗衣房精緻又人性化，大堂視覺中心是“漫山紅遍”裝置，櫃枱背景是《沁園春-長沙》。他們如此熱愛自己的城市文化，遊客當然也會多幾分尊敬啦！
