Una estancia estupenda y acogedora. El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial. Está a un kilómetro del metro y de la plaza Wuyi. Ofrecen una variedad de desayunos y una excelente experiencia fotográfica de viajes. El único inconveniente es la calefacción central. Cuando hace calor, solo se puede contar con la ventilación natural, ya que es centralizada. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel si buscas alojarte en Changsha.

¡Un lugar muy cálido y acogedor! Todos están dispuestos a ayudar, incluso si teníamos la barrera del idioma; hicieron todo lo posible por comunicarse. Hotel muy bonito y cómodo. El personal también es muy amable. Ofrece cena y, entiendo, también té de la tarde, aunque no hay posibilidad de tomarlo. Está a poca distancia a pie de la famosa torre antigua Tian Xin Ge (天心阁). Hay un restaurante bastante bueno a pocos pasos. Dentro del hotel también hay una pared grabada con la palabra Chang Sha (长沙), ideal para tomarse un selfie.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue algo superior a la media. Al principio, tuvimos algunos problemas para registrarnos cuando llegaron mis amigos. El personal tardó unos 30 minutos en saber cómo registrarnos a todos los extranjeros, pero finalmente conseguimos entrar. El desayuno era normalito y las comodidades eran buenas, con bonitas vistas desde la azotea del hotel y las habitaciones limpias.

Great experience at this hotel. The amenities are endless. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but still within walking distance. The staff are all gracious and helpful. Breakfast and snack options are delicious. Honestly a great find. Will definitely stay there again.

In general a nice and tidy place. But unfortunately I had bad luck and got a room with only a tiny window (I usually avoid non windows rooms) and I didn’t bother changing it late at night while checking in. But because of the lack of proper ventilation that particular room unfortunately did not have good air. Either there is hidden mold or it was the sink canalisation - but anyways there was a bad small and I woke up with headache and sore throat because of it. Needless to say an unpleasant experience and so I changed to another hotel since there are even better located hotels with similar design and standard around in this area. Also the price increased the following days and suddenly wouldn’t let me book with my pre-bought voucher anymore and seems staff wasn’t prepared to help with that, other than they offered I could switch to a higher floor and with proper window. The location of the hotel is fine but a bit more walking to the hot spots than from other hotels, which personally I don’t mind that much. Generally the design and materials used are of high quality but that alone or the breakfast included both were not a reason to stay for me. Meanwhile beware the elwctric plugs are China standards only. Seems an issue in non tier 1 cities but I was able to get a converter at the reception!

The ambience of this hotel is cosy, rooms are big and clean. The bed is firm and comfy. Bed sheets are very white and smell fresh. Staff services are excellent. It is conveniently located between Houjiatang and Namenkou subway stations. Only 3 stations to Wuyi square. The breakfast opened from 7.30 to 1pm- no rush if you wake up late! Free afternoon little cakes and tea- self service. You can also ask for free coffee at the reception. Best of all the rooms do not smell of smokers smokes. The only odd thing I found in this hotel is no butter knife 🤣……need use a plastic spoon to spread my toast instead. Overall I have had a gr8 stay especially thanks to the excellence service of two young front service staff - a young man and a young lady. Small gifts given upon check in and check out too 👍🏼
