"[A Gem of a Hotel with Seamless High-Speed Rail to Metro Connection] Traveling with my parents and child (three generations), convenient transportation was key! It's a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station to the hotel, and it's located at the intersection of Metro Lines 2 and 4, making it a direct 30-minute ride to popular spots like Yuelu Mountain and Taiping Street. The room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing natural light, and the bedding had a lovely, sun-kissed freshness. The child bed rail was already installed when we arrived. The water pressure in the bathroom was incredibly strong, and a bath after a tiring day was wonderfully relaxing. My parents even said this hotel pick was more satisfying than the attractions themselves!"

"This is an apartment-style hotel, and I booked a family suite. The second floor of the duplex was incredibly low, making it feel very cramped. In terms of cleanliness, it seemed passable at first glance, but it didn't stand up to close scrutiny. For example, there was a lot of dust accumulated on both sides of the bedside table on the second floor, clearly indicating inadequate cleaning. The room was supposed to have a refrigerator, but upon opening it, I found it was moldy, which was unpleasant. The most surprising thing was the service attitude – I haven't encountered anything this bad in a long time. When I checked in, I turned on the air conditioning, but after more than ten minutes it wasn't cooling much, so I called the front desk. The air conditioning technician came quickly, but he spoke loudly and impatiently as soon as he entered. We explained the problem with the air conditioning, and he just said dismissively, "It'll be fine if you run it for a while," repeatedly emphasizing, "You can check out or change rooms." His attitude was truly speechless; is this the service a hotel should provide? The air conditioning worked for more than half an hour. I won't be coming back."

Service: I was offered a room upgrade as a member, but even after specifically requesting it once, it was ignored. They repeated themselves six or seven times, completely ignoring me. The old man delivering slippers just walked in without knocking! Facilities: The shared floors were extremely chaotic; there was an internet cafe right at the top. Not recommended for stay."
