酒店客房環境設施很好，地理位置也不錯，靠近機場，還有免費接送機服務，尤其是在前台辦理入住的時候，前台服務員非常貼心，進門的時候小波和小軒幫忙提行李，小畢看我咳嗽馬上給我倒了杯熱水，還問我是否需要感冒葯，小龍，小陳辦理入住非常迅速，幾分鐘就弄好了，貴酒店入住體驗非常好！

La primera vez que te quedas en este hotel, es muy bueno.

Ambiente: ambiente limpio y cómodo, restaurante de buffets calientes, música ligera circular durante la comida

位置：跟着導航走就行了，一路的風景不錯，鄉間小路開慢點哦！設施：設備很齊全，設施也很乾凈，用心做了綠化，也非常有設計感，老闆是花了心思的！服務：服務真的是五星級了，我住了很多有管家服務的酒店，這家最貼心。第二天早上起霧了，我不敢開下去，都是他們的司機師傅引路送我下去的。吃飯更不用説了，很好吃，那個菌菇湯絕美！而且前台小姐姐人也超nice，服務熱情，還幫忙安排停車、拿行李。保安大哥人也很好，帶我去看了看另外的房間，那邊的森林別墅絕美啊，下次要住那邊的户型！他還和我説晚上能看到星沙，確實星星點點的城市很美！下次還來！

和家人一起來長沙跨年 一進酒店就看到了大堂就感到了濃厚的新年氛圍 讓我一下子就對酒店充滿了期待還有前台小丁臉上的笑容一下就感染了我們而且還給我們贈送了早餐和升級了房型 還給我們安排了靠小區的房間很安靜 真貼心 太棒了進電梯的時候電梯門旁還貼有新年對聯 房間還有電腦可以使用剛好可以看跨年直播 每個房間都有WiFi而且信號強烈 因為我們是開車來的 還有免費停車場和洗衣房下次旅遊還想來住 強烈安利給各位

Instalaciones: Están equipadas con un parque infantil en el primer piso, una zona de fotografía especial, una sala de fitness y una piscina caliente en el primer piso.
Servicio: Li Manager servicio cuidadoso, ordenó la habitación con antelación y abrió el aire acondicionado, la habitación es muy cómoda, la vista es buena, la luz es suficiente.

UUsuario anónimoLos suministros del hotel son muy buenos, la residencia toda la noche es muy cómoda, el hotel ha añadido un nuevo robot que puede vender, o es conveniente, se envía directamente a la puerta, no hay robots la última vez que vino, este hotel está muy bien hecho, siga el servicio, que nos hace sentir más cómodos para estos huéspedes, Lo más importante es que el servicio del personal del hotel está bien. Good pickup 5 star for the friendly elderly gentleman.
Con - smoking rampant by other guests even on non smoking Floors . Some even hold cigarette in the elevator despite numerous no smoking signs everywhere.
Very lax and weak on enforcing by staff against guests who flout blatantly

También se ofrece un refrigerio nocturno, que son los fideos y fideos de arroz especiales de Changsha. CCHOI FONGThe Buffet were lousy. Most of the food were almost finish at 7.30am. By the time you come down at 7.30am no more food. And I ask the person in charge how come you do not replenish. He only mention no more and no replenish. I asked him the buffet were till 0930 am. And we as a customer paid the money for the breakfast buffet. He were very rude just says no more. This is really really no good service and the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had. Everything is empty. What to eat????? The manager which I put a ring. Very very bad attitude and service.

Nno examinationThey provide free pick up and airport drop off. it’s very convenient for me as someone with 2 luggages. However, I think the hotel is only good for an overnight stay since it’s near the airport. If you want to travel, I don’t recommend the hotel because it is far from the downtown or city centers. regardless, the metro to go to those areas are accessible by riding the taxi but it will more than half an hour to reach your destinations.
it is also very clean and they provided basic necessities. However, the sound proofing is not that great. we can hear the people talking outside, the passerby’s, and their luggage, and even the people from another room. regardless, it’s not very disturbing and we were still able to rest.

UUsuario invitadoA huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there.
The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there.
The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station.
Everything about the hotel experience was great.

UUsuario invitadoThe room was big enough for 3 person. There is nearby metro station near the hotel which made it easy for us to go around. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants and groceries around so it is very convenient to eat. The checkin and checkout is also easy as they already use smart lock in their rooms. They just need to improve their customer service to know how they can help their guest. We tried to avail the taxi service that they offer by informing them in advance but we got the impression that they are not willing to help arrange for us. We just took taxi by ourselves near the bus station.
Overall, we still enjoy our stay at Changsha.

SStannaThe hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.

Muy bueno
SSOPHIA CHOU WEISólo estuvimos una noche y el hotel fue elegido por su ubicación en el aeropuerto. El hotel está situado a 3 minutos a pie de la T1. Llegamos a la T2 del aeropuerto internacional de Hunaghua y puedes llamar al hotel para concertar la recogida, lo cual es una ventaja. El hotel también nos enviará a la estación de Meglev al día siguiente. En general, es perfecto para aquellos que quieran alojarse cerca del hotel. La habitación también está limpia. Nota: el registro fue un poco difícil ya que llegamos a media noche y solo 1 persona reparó la recepción. Estábamos a medio camino de hacer el check-in cuando entró un grupo de turistas locales de China y no esperaron, no hicieron cola; muchos de ellos simplemente lo hicieron a un lado y entregaron su tarjeta de identificación al personal para registrarse.
