環境優美，地理位置好，交通便利，房間舒適，衞生，服務人員很熱情，特別是前台，非常熱心，樂於提供各種幫助。設施也很人性化，網絡信號好，房間設計也很有特色，性價比不錯，下次還要入住，有停車場，也有早餐房間非常大，床特別暖和，十分整潔乾淨，裝修特別中式，很喜歡的一個風格酒店，門口還有停車位，不需要收停車費特別好對於出差的我來説，開車到長沙松雅湖來出差，十分方便！！！

整體的環境不錯，性價比非常高。工作人員的態度也很親切。這次的話呢，還是入住非常愉快，而且離吾悦廣場非常近，走兩步路就到了，離松雅湖也特別特別近，出行也方便，可以延遲下午四點退房，礦泉水免費喝了，如果有需要的話，下次還會再來入住，五星好評！！！

酒店房間、公共區域和設施都保持着良好的清潔度，進門給人一種非常舒適的感覺，前台人員特別熱情，服務態度也非常好。酒店處於地鐵站附近出行也很便捷，酒店大門出門就是健身公園，鍛鍊身體非常好，性價比很高，一次性用品非常齊全，大廳綠植非常好，房間床超級柔軟，非常舒服了，太喜歡了！！！

酒店位於松雅湖地鐵口附近，步行即可到達松雅湖濕地公園，交通及遊玩極為便利，客房裝修的顏色是深藍，適合小年輕，員工們熱情服務，令人倍感温馨，酒店還提供免費的耳塞，醫葯箱，非常的貼心，一次性用品齊全，全部獨立包裝，非常方便，服務態度很好很周到，一次非常滿意的住宿，下次出行一定再來此酒店！！！

酒店樓下有健身小公園，大廳設計非常好，清新，房間佈局合理，設施齊全方便，衞生間與洗瀨台分開的好評，垃圾桶和紙巾的位置合理方便，淋浴間也很好，屋裡床頭對燈的控制和插頭設定都很方便。酒店位置也挺好的，超級大床房間的床特別寬，估計睡一家三口都不會擠着，下次來長沙還選擇像家一樣的吉楚酒店，特別特別棒棒噠！！！
