The place is a little jewel hidden on the west of the island. Although the location is quite remote from almost everything, there's a little town 10 minutes away. But in reality is a place for relaxation and to escape from the routine and quotidian life. It has a beautiful beach in front (only downside ”it was a bit dirty”, they must work on that) which if you walk you will find at the end a gorgeous rocky hill. The swimming pool has music under the water (super cool!), it also has spring waters and things for children to play, perfect for a family trip. Only downside is the food, their western restaurant doesn't have a good variety of western food.

提前預約了棋子灣站接站，到酒店前台給了房間升級，是一最南的角房。從大堂要走很遠，但房間挺大的，向西面向大海。設施有些舊，但很乾凈。酒店走10分鐘可以到海灘，很多礁石，景色很美。酒店大堂吧看棋子灣日落很美。附近步行距離沒有什麼餐飲，需要酒店解決。可能是因為剛過旺季，酒店人手較少，大堂吧除了飲料，其它都不能提供；餐廳也人手很少，需要等待比較久。酒店有去大角的車，下車時就預約了1小時回酒店的車，快到時間又打電話給酒店確定接的時間，但還是等了20分鐘，打了3個電話才等到酒店來接的車，在路邊曬的夠嗆，估計是人手不夠吧。總體還是不錯的酒店。

酒店的硬件設施不錯，有花園，停車場不大但也基本夠用，房間較大，衞生也可以。前台接待一般，中中規中矩吧。餐廳也較大，晚上6點到餐廳，沒見有服務員，我到收銀台詢問，小姐姐問我幾個人，得知衹一個人用餐時好像不太高興，説是一會兒有三個包桌，可能我要等，哪我就訂個可送房間的套餐吧，她表示人手不夠沒法送餐，沒辦法，回房間訂個外賣，一會兒機器人就將外賣送到了房間，不知餐廳為何把自己的客人往外推。住店的基本都是賞木棉花的，客房滿員，你不吃有人吃，你不住有人住，呵呵，前台接待生硬，沒有禮貌用語，早餐對的起房價，但對不起四星的標準。酒店要加強員工的培訓，另外，在大堂可以展示一下賞木棉最佳觀賞期、觀賞點、停車指引等，讓昌江的木棉花響遍全國。

UUsuario anónimo住了好幾次。這次不知道是不是因為節日，服務員做的衞生太差了，開門後上洗手間地上都是水，（沐浴間竟然還有一條上個住户用過的浴巾沒有收走），床單也沒有更換乾淨的床單。就是房型和地理位置還不錯，這個價格對應這樣的衞生有點貴了，應當在衞生打掃這塊加強一些。

先説優點，早餐挺好，這個價位沒得挑。交通方便，停車方便，房間寬敞。
來説缺點，這是我覺得最**的一點。雖然酒店説好是七點鐘開始早餐，實際6點多就陸續上菜了，我急着出門，想去隨便吃點對付一下就出去，要求不高，有啥吃啥，但是酒店就是跟我説，公司有要求，得按時拍照，不到七點不能吃。
我直接發怒了，餐廳還算有應對，七點提前幾分鐘讓我吃，如果硬抗到七點，我直接差評。
能想出這種要求的管理人員，應該*****，建議查下學歷是否造假。

Grande TV, LPTV, ventanas automáticas, aire acondicionado, camas limpias y secas. Como las flores de madera se han demorado este año debido al clima, hemos visto varias estrellas y pocos están viviendo. No hay agua de minas gratuitas en la habitación, no hay agua de lavado de pelo en la bodega, no hay papel de lavar (puede haber varios paquetes de papel de lavar, pero no está instalado, es muy incómodo) no hay ropa interior o armario, no hay toallas en la pared, no hay ropa interior, no hay lentes de ropa interior, sugerimos que el jefe coloque una en la pared, Comfortable y barato. Los campos acuáticos de la aldea están con flores de madera frescas y descongeladas, y las flores de madera no están en gran cantidad. Pero la triángula de la melaza es muy buena.
