UUsuario invitado這次在漢庭酒店的住宿體驗太棒啦！從前台熱情高效的接待，到客房服務的貼心周到，每一個細節都讓人倍感温暖。房間打掃得一塵不染，工作人員還會細心地詢問是否有特殊需求。住在這裏，就像在家一樣舒適自在，必須給個五星好評！
漢庭酒店的環境真心不錯！位置優越，出行便利，周邊還有很多美食和便利店。酒店內部裝修簡約又時尚，房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也超棒，晚上睡得特別香。公共區域乾淨整潔，設施齊全，下次出行還選這兒，五星好評當之無愧！
價格親民，卻能享受到高品質的住宿服務。房間設施一應俱全，而且都很新，使用起來非常方便。酒店的早餐種類豐富，味道也很好。整體體驗超出預期，以後出差旅行就鎖定漢庭了，必須五星好評！

JJessica YipEl hotel está muy bien situado, y el personal de la habitación está muy bien situado, especialmente en el hotel. Ella nos arregló el transporte gratuito al aeropuerto y el check-out tardío, también ofreció el uso gratuito del minibar en la nevera aunque no lo utilizábamos, pero nos encanta su oferta. También me gustaría mencionar al administrador de la oficina y su equipo también fue muy útil, ella y sus colegas nos ayudaron a llevar nuestros equipajes al minibús del hotel, el viaje al aeropuerto fue rápido y suave y el conductor fue muy amable. Hay tantas cosas buenas que quiero mencionar sobre incluyendo a su equipo de limpieza, incluyendo al supervisor de limpieza y a su miembro de equipo, Ellos estaban muy atentos, vieron mis gafas estaban en la mesa y ella me dejó algunas limpiezas para mis gafas. El desayuno era tan delicioso y muchas opciones también , incluyendo mi suma de dim favorito, el servidor 志was muy amable que puede comunicar con nosotros también en inglés. El hotel es muy grande y tiene un gimnasio y spa fantástico, también hay restaurante musical y restaurante japonés. ¡Nos vamos a volver a esta habitación si visitamos Changchun otra vez y recomendamos definitivamente este hotel excelente a todos!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was one of the best we had in terms of quality and range of food.
The only thing is that the room amenities do not include moisturising lotion.

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

- Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun
- Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb
- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. TT.W.LConvenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji.
Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music.
The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

NNixNaxI stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it.
Notes:
When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free.
The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha).
Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice.
We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast.
There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!!
The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area.
All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.
