Upon arrival, the room I booked was under centralised heating and was a bit too warm for me. The hotel front desk tried to accommodate and showed me other available rooms for a swap. Eventually, we settled on a room on another floor for my entire 5 days' stay. The hotel's location was great, 30 seconds walk to metro, close to high speed rail station as well. I love the restaurants right next to the hotel also. It's clean, staff members are polite (greet you every time you are comingin or going out), and breakfast buffet has a huge variety of choices, and most importantly, very tasty. I love a hotel that has a laundry room as well, so convenient!!! Will definitely stay again next time.

La habitación es grande y muy limpia! El servicio es prudente! ¡Nos gusta quemar agua y beber té, por favor, traiga más de docenas de licores de agua en la recepción, y las hermosas mujeres en la recepción no tienen dos palabras para satisfacerla! ¡Como nuestro viaje es incierto por el momento, es posible retrasar la salida, negociar con la recepción y satisfacerla! ¡En resumen, la actitud del servicio del hotel de la China de la Guangzhou, la visión de la China de la Guangzhou, me ha dado un punto de referencia! ¡La visita de la Primavera de la China es una arrogancia!

First time to changchun for holiday then to changbaishan. Chosen this hotel as non smoking and bigger room for a family trip. The most surprise to me is the self service laundry washing and drying including steam ironing in a common room. Easy to use and nice room set up-clean and tidy. My kids has get used to have daily shower, this really helped me a lot easpecially in a winter. Secondly, the reception serive is excellent, polite and approachable. Thirdly,to compliment on the room cleaniness: simpliest set up but has all the necessarity ready, xiao du service,and tleritories..didnnot find any dirty corner in the room. Excellent

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

Hotel receptionists are kind and responsive and would answer to any queries. Hotel is well situated in the city, with metro and buses readily available and accessible

El desayuno del hotel es bastante rico y sabe bastante bien. Después de la mejora, la habitación es bastante espaciosa y la ropa de cama está bastante limpia. Desde Libia, tomar un taxi desde la estación oeste de Changchun cuesta 15 yuanes. Hay un restaurante de barbacoa cerca y ¡sabe particularmente delicioso! ¡La habitación es muy cálida y hay un humidificador en la habitación! Un hotel realmente bonito...

Excellent location and service. This is a great place to stay for the night when you're traveling the next day. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and the train station is within walking distance (one stop direct line by metro). There's also a nice park in front of the hotel and the area is quiet and clean. The room was spacious and we got an upgrade for free. The bedroom was a bit cold during our stay (early October) as they hadn't turned on the heating yet. Everything else was pleasant and comfortable.

La habitación es muy amplia, el baño es muy grande, seco separado y hay dos tablas, la estructura del cuarto es muy extraña, la ventana abierto puede ver el paisaje del jardín artificial, y el suelo de la zona paisaje también está extendiendo la cabeza de cigarrillo. El hotel se siente durante algunos años, el pasillo tiene un sabor de aguas residuales, la carretera de piso está en cuatro octavos, no es una carretera robot que no puede encontrar ninguna habitación. La ubicación es más de 2 kilómetros de la estación de tren, y hay diez minutos de golpe. Una noche de excedente está bien.

Booked 2 rooms . Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs . Unfortunately 1 of the rooms have a strong smoke smell despite it being a non smoking room. We were not able to change rooms as it was a full house . The staff tried all ways to help remove the smoke smell through a perfume spray and an incense . The location is very centralised . Will come back again
