Courteous service throughout the day. Excellent food options and resort stay recommended for clubbing with safari tours. Recreational activities and kid zone within resort to be provided in order to make longer stays more enjoyable. Thanks

We had an excellent stay at the Tigers Heaven Resort. The staff is extremely warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. This stay was a wedding gift to us from our family and we did not need to do absolutely anything ourselves. Sohini ma'am had been coordinating the entire stay and safari details with my brother and everything was taken care of in advance. The place itself was extremely comfortable and pleasant in every aspect. A few special thank yous to to Trikal bhaiyya, our driver through the trip, to Ajit bhaiyya, the restaurant-in-charge, the chef, to Satish bhaiyya at the reception, and of course Sohini ma'am again for the assistance. Would highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting Tadoba.

Very good service provided by diligent staff at the resort. Well maintained, hygienic rooms with all amenities.. food quality is excellent. Location is also very close to the tiger safari entrance gate. Cottages are spacious with good ambience

We stayed at tiger's heaven in oct 2024 with a family of six. Service - Service was the highlight of this place. They coordinated in advance, and booked safaris of us. They packed breakfast for us even at 4:30am before the safaris !! Wet towels when we came back from the safari too. This was beyond 5* service. Food - Delicious and simple meals at the in house restaurant. Even took care of custom requests. Rooms - Large spacious and clean rooms. Everything you need for a jungle trip like this. Property - Lovely property with Machan and a circus orchard. I would high recommend this resort.

A very nice place to stay when in Tadoba. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Mr. Sathish, the manager was very kind to us, and went out of his way to make our trip memorable. The entire experience from booking to the stay was wonderful. Must visit when in Tadoba.

Pros: 1. Rooms - Simple yet spacious rooms. 2. Hospitality - Great hospitality with courteous staff. 3. Food - Less options but taste was good. 4. Amenities - All necessary amenities were provided. 5. Location - Close to Navegaon core gate with pickup and drop facility. Cons: Price - seems little expensive

Nive property nestled in forest, excellent hospitality and tasty food. Must go to place. Satish and Dhanajay kudos for personal attention. macchan is awesome. Well maintained and spacious. Property is close to Navegaon gate(buffer and core)

This is one of the best resort at Tadoba. The service, attentiveness, food quality all were great. The staffs were extremy supportive and always smiling and caring. Sathish bhai is a great host and he takes care of every minute details for the Tourists need. Thanks for a great experience!!

We stayed in Tigers heaven in April 2024. Tigers heaven is just 1-2 km. away from Navegaon Core and Ramdegi buffer gate. Gypsy is not charging extra to pick you up from hotel. Room and bathroom were quite spacious and functional. They had two AC in room and best thing was ACs were working great even in the famous April summer of Chandrapur. Machan at back of the hotel on the border of the pond is great place for birding in mornings and evenings if you are not on safari. We had a dinner and breakfast. Dinner was basic and good in taste. Felt little scope of improvement in dinner. We had a packed breakfast basket of Sandwiches and Upma in Safari. I would suggest to add one fruit to your breakfast basket. Dining area is very very small but they are building bigger better dining area I suppose. Booking procedure with Mr. Satish was smooth. Receptionist Mr. Dhananjay was very welcoming and always happy to help. Same stand true for all staff members. I loved their gesture of providing 1. Wet Napkinns when you retuen from safari and 2. In afternoon safari providing basket with sufficient cold water in thermos, Butter milk and little dry snacks. This little things show how much you care for your guest. I thank hotel management for this foresightness. If I am booking my Safaris at Navegaon Core and it's, Buffers, I will be staying in Tigers Heaven for sure.
