Bed sheets very dirty, full of black dirty lints. Pillow was not clean, dirty patches of sweat.

Room was nice and cozy. Really good staff. Enjoyed my stay there.room service was also very fast. Staff was very nice and warm welcoming.

Honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. The room was spacious but felt quite average and a bit dingy. We had booked for 4 people but were only given 1 towel, which was frustrating. To top it off, we even found a lizard in the room — definitely not something you’d expect or want during a hotel stay. Overall, not a pleasant experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Dental or grooming kit missing, bathroom exhaust had issue and because of this room was suffocating.

Stayed for 1 night, had to change 3 rooms.. the fan was making a noise in 2 rooms, heater and fridge not working in other room, pillow covers and bed sheets were soiled not changed when I checked in, I had to literally ask them to put up fresh pillow covers.
