As per booking plan breakfast and one meal was included. On confirmation at hotel it was conveyed that only fixed meal (veg thali) will be provided. Quality of food served was unhygienic same was shared with hotel management and make my trip. I have also requested to am-mend plan of booking without breakfast and meal. Still i have not got any confirmation regarding refund for change in booking plan

It was not nice, as there was continuous burning smell in the room of the food which i believe was coming from the washroom vent. Apart from this, the mini fridge stopped working on its own and was turned off when we arrived which wasted our food. Terrible experience

I visited this property Sunday midnight by 2:00am and I asked the person sitting over the counter to use washroom he allowed after that he started backbiting like (enko dikhta nhi hai closing ka time hai) I heard but I came back after couple of seconds just want to want to inform that acc Section 7(2) of the Indian Sarais act 1867 guest can use washroom and ask for free drinking water and no employee on duty can deny for the same this type of behavior is very ridiculous. I request the owner of the property to please educate these staff members also I have checked previous reviews mostly are negative ones means there is a problem not visit this silly property.

Please dont support them they have not cleared my Payment of 12k rupees and they are delaying it for the last 2 months. Its kindof harrassment.They know it still.. won't recommend anyone #Fraud #Scam Ambience is not upto the mark also not upto the mark

I stayed in Himani's vertigo in February 2019.This hotel is located in the heart of Chandigarh where you have easy access to anything in Chandigarh.The rooms were clean,the washroom was decent and there were proper kits ( shaving kit , soaps,comb and a shower cap).Also,the staff is very courteous and is professional in it's dealing. Also the hotel has a decent lounge where alcohol is served at decent price and it also has easy access to CCD.This hotel is also couple friendly..Totally recommended.

Sir one of the worst experience ever they even charge 50/- for cutlery and also for cleaning and front desk is also misbehave and their menu is also over priced. When asked for water they give opened bottle and when asked they said its not opened

Rooms were clean and so were bathrooms. Nice and cosy stay we had. Didn't try any food or other services as it was just a stopover in chandigarh. Location is awesome dn easily approachable. Numerous food options are there around the property to enjoy

A decent stay, safe area, bathroom area can be improved, i could see few cockroaches in bathroom, this hotel appears to be old and need some dusting in wardrobes!

These People are Fraud. I booked a room for 6 days but stayed their for 3 days. They told me they will refund the excess payment but no payment has been done. Do not pick this hotel. There are much better in the same vicinity and much more professional and ambient.
