Room is spatious and comfortable, but curtains looks shabby n can be changed. Washroom neatness can be improved.

The hotel and the room was really terrible and not clean. But the receptionist was very humble. Not worth paying.

Rooms are not maintained properly. When i am taking bath tile are fall down & not clean wc property. No hot water for bathing. They don’t know proper kannada language. Also hindi english also. They know only malayalam.

Rooms are ok but the bathrooms are the worst, we have booked 3 double rooms, but all bathrooms are the worst. Not good for a night stay, it's ok for 2-3 hours.

I stated in the ac room, rooms were not clean, water was leaking from the bathroom all day. No intercom service. No lift

Stayed here for a night. It was okk additional bed quality was not good. Washrooms are not clean. Rest of the things were ok.
