Villa with Private Pool, Large Garden, Panoramic View and Air Conditioning

Beautiful location The villa is situated a 5 min drive or 20 min walk up a hill to the town. It’s gorgeous countryside and the large garden, views of Cetona and outside space for dinner and drinks is wonderful. We were not aware that the owner lived on the other side of the property. However that said. We didn’t see them (apart from pool cleaning & provision of an extra fan) so still felt very private. WiFi doesn’t reach passed back of the house, so may need a booster and TV was not connecting but again we didn’t miss it as there’s tonnes to do nearby and the view was so impressive. Other issue was colour of pool water but probably down to excessive heat in Italy. Simona and her mother were delightful and I would consider coming back again.

Lovely location Lovely location with beautiful views across the large swimming pool to Cetona. Villa is only a short drive to the centre with plenty of parking. Simona was very helpful despite our not being able to speak much Italian. Still with Google translate we managed perfectly well!
