Very beautiful country house "Il Casolarino", semi-detached, from the 19th century, renovated, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 8 km from the centre of Certaldo, 38 km from the centre of Firenze, 16 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill. Private: property 2 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 16.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, WiFi, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 14.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). 800 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Surrounded by olive trees and flowers, we spent a relaxing, peaceful vacation. The house is beautiful, very well equipped and in good condition. The pool and the view are great. The landlords take care of everything and are very friendly. We are in this v

Beautiful traditonal Tuscany stone villa with great pool and fantastic view. The host Eleonora provided great service and kept the pool and garden fresh every day. I would really recommend this villla.
