Cerf Island Resort

Hotel in a peaceful setting, with almost deserted beaches and an idyllic environment, featuring a beautifully maintained garden. The villas are spacious and very clean. The dinner included in the half-board option is very generous (even too much!) and highly satisfying. Travel to Mahé Island by boat is very easy, with a consistently cheerful crew. The staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. A special thank you, for their professionalism and kindness to Tommaso, Prakash, and Simon, but also members of their team such as Keneth, Cinthia, Allié, Wendy, and Bhargan. Many thanks also to the chefs for their delicious cuisine and to the housekeeping and maintenance teams for keeping the site spotless. Your professionalism, good spirits, and kindness truly helped make our holiday an excellent one. Thank you all.

We went to cerf island resort me and my wife for my birthday it was so amazing,we have a very beautiful welcome since from the jetty to the resort.A well welcome at the reception with mr prakash and colleges thank you so much.the room was perfect and well been selected for us with a nice ocean view(zourit), more again at the restaurant all the staff was amaizing thank you all for your service ,the food was good more than we expect.The place is so quiet to relax and all i really love it so much and definitely will be back soon.

Nice small resort, with rooms strung out up the hillside. Lots of vegetation, giving shady privacy around every room. Nice walk to the room, lots of steps for daily exercise, but lots of mosquitoes due to high humidity. Bungalows are roomy but need much better lighting inside. Outdoor bathroom was nice, with very large bath. Tech needs upgrading - can only get free wifi in reception area. Bar area well located with lovely views across the bay, but some more thought needed about where smoking section is located, as currently if anyone is smoking the smoke wafts throughout the whole bar area and into the restaurant, which makes an unpleasant environment to eat and drink in. Food was ok, but could be better. Snorkeling is very accessible and is ok, we were unlucky with the weather for the few days we visited, making the visibility quite poor, but if it was more settled, i imagine it would have been nice. Disappointing that we were there to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary and had informed them of this, but didn't receive any acknowledgement about this, not even a small flower on our table!

The resort overall is good. Bhargav from their team is very very helpful. He helped us throughout our stays. He told us about the island, showed us the sunset point and also told us about the island around us and we took a trip to a near by island with his help. It was amazing experience to roam around with the tortoise. Thank you Bhargav for making our stay great.

A wonderful, relaxed resort. All the employees went out of their way to make sure our stay of 10 nights over new year 2024/5 was as pleasant as possible. Tomasa and Prakash run a smooth, discrete operation and take time to get to know their guests and sure their stay is extra special. Celia, Kenneth, Simon, Hailie and everyone in the restaurant & bar area were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. They really took a pride in offering in the superb service they offered. Buffet style breakfast and dinner over the busy Xmas & NY period and then a smaller menu selection in the quieter period after NY. Food was good, plentiful and presented with care. Always a choice of 3-4 dishes and as a vegetarian I had no problem with the selection available. Rooms were excellent, clean and well proportioned. The island is lush and green and it was rainy season whilst we were there with lots of heavy showers but also some beautiful sunshine. We needed lots of mosquito spray. One of our party accidentally tripped down a step whilst we were there and sprained her ankle, the resort staff couldn’t do enough to help and the wonderful buggy staff did a great job transporting her up and down to her room from the beach/restaurant for a few days, the boat guy took me over to the pharmacy and even waited around for an hour until they opened - thank you all so much. This is wonderful place to relax, unwind and kick back. I’m sure we’ll be back.

My husband and I stayed at this amazing little paradise for his 60th birthday suprise...it was heaven. We stayed from the 9th to 11th of October and will remember this always. Everything was what we imagined and more! Our Villa Zourit was perfect ....my husband loved the jacuzzi bath. The location was so private and the views breathtaking. You just forgot all your worries. Breakfast and dinner were perfect ....no complaints what so ever about anything. The staff and amazing manager Mr Singh really make Cerf Island stay very very special. I'd been in contact about some things that I would like for my husbands celebration and they were there on cue. Thankyou all so very much.....I was very sad to leave. I have to mention Suri from the Spa ...amazing lady!
