Majorca Self-Catering Apartments

The worst accommodation I have stayed at in years. Photos provided. Booked and paid upfront for a week.3 bed top floor apartment Rooms were filthy. Furniture was soiled and worn. Skirting board filthy broken and missing and covered in muck Outside balcony large but chipped furniture. Windows with tape hanging off them. Barbecue would probably kill you with the filth left on it from previous use.. My wife cleaned the apartment when we arrived as we had a week pre paid but we never felt comfortable touching anything in the rooms etc. The light switches were disgusting, never cleaned and broken covers. We are well travelled and always come prepared for grotty accommodation with cleaning products.. but this one was one of the worst. When the maid attended she possibly brushed the floor..left towels.. but nothing to deep clean or attention to detail.. A lot of the grotty pictures or ornaments would be better removed rather than leaving them dirty and broken in the room. I would not recommend this accommodation. I read the reviews as always and booked on there positive reports.. but they are for from our experience.

The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The location is good and place is clean. Easy acess to the mall.

We've stayed at Island Club many times and they're normaly lovely, but this apartment needed a lot of maintenance. The curtains couldn't close due to the rails and clips being old, the bathroom floor had cracked tiles and one that moved when you stood on it and the fridge leaked. Overall, very disappointed.

This was bad, due to bugs infestation and extreme heat, I could not open windows or doors because of the bugs and that caused a very unpleasant night for me during my stay I lost alot of sleep.

The staff and accommodation is excellent. The accommodation is situated in an ideal location. The service is 10/10.

I am utterly disappointed with the current state of maintenance and housekeeping. My recent stay has been a stark contrast to my previous experience in 2017, when the apartment upkeep and maintenance were fine, and the housekeeping service was decent. This time I was dismayed to find that the apartment had significantly deteriorated. The furniture and fixtures were poorly maintained, with broken drawers and fixtures contributing to a sense of neglect. The lighting within the apartment was inadequate, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the interior design and placement of mirrors were poorly executed, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the living space. The housekeeping service, in particular, was a source of immense frustration. Despite repeated requests, the apartment remained in an unsatisfactory state. The lack of attention to detail and thoroughness was evident in every aspect of the housekeeping. The presence of leftover food in the freezer (when I checked-in) and the inability of the freezer door to close properly were just the beginning. The basic tasks such as clearing the bin and vacuuming were neglected, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was substandard. Replaced towels were dirty and bedsheets were not replaced when requested. Each day, returning to the apartment was a disheartening experience. The accumulation of dustballs, the presence of hair on the bathroom floor, and the unclean WC further highlighted the inadequate housekeeping standards. The overall ambiance of the apartment was marred by these issues, making it a truly horrid experience to come back to an icky apartment every day. As a repeat customer to this serviced apartment complex, I had expected the same level of cleanliness that I previously experienced. Regrettably, the current state falls far below the standards that your establishment is known for. I will seriously consider other serviced apartments in the area when I return in SA in a few years time.

My stay at Bon Hotels far surpassed my expectations! My initial reservation was last minute yet I was greeted with a friendly smile despite a very late check in. Michael took the time to show me around, made sure I was comfortable and at ease and was just a lovely, friendly, professional person. The unit was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and one could not ask for a better location - Down in the lift and you end up a few steps away from Canal Walk Shopping Centre!!! My one night stay ended up in a one month stay. Deon, Michael and Pamela were readily available and truly made me feel special and I can honestly say I have never felt safer. I can truly say that each and every member of staff from the security guards at the gates to management, provided an exceptional service and I can recommend this establishment with confidence *****
