My stay at The Light Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, complete with a comfortable bed. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delectable, and the ambiance was enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Walking distance to Sunway carnival mall- a rather big and happening mall good for family. We just stayed at this hotel for a night in order to catch an early morning train back to KL. Amenities wise please bring own hair conditioner- the conditioning shampoo is bad.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was quite spacious with a large bed. There are several eateries within walking distance, which is a plus. The only downside is the soundproofing—it's possible to hear people walking and talking in the hallway, as well as traffic noise from the nearby highway. Despite that, I was still able to get a good night’s sleep. This hotel is perfect for those visiting for work or attending weddings. I’d recommend it and would definitely return if I have an event in Penang or Kedah.

This is my first experience of having to wait 1 hour for check-in a hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm but we arrived in Penang at 7pm, we expected the hotel room to be available so we could check-in straight away, but unfortunately our room is still not available. We are very grateful to a female receptionist (wearing a hijab) who was willing to solve this problem within 15 minutes compared to the first male receptionist who made us wait for almost 1 hour to check in. I'm sorry for throwing a tantrum at the counter because we have to wait a long time to follow, we're really tired from traveling so far. The hotel has offered 8 free breakfast sets as a sign of apology for our loss of 5 hours to check-in. Thank you again for the efforts of the reception girl. The hotel is very comfortable and the food is very good, the only mistake was the moment we checked in. I hope I won't have this kind of check-in experience again. Thank you

Sin embargo, si se comparte con un colega, puede que no sea muy conveniente ya que el baño está situado fuera del baño, junto a un baja cuentador con la caldera y las tazas. Para mejorar - proporcionar mat de piso en la zona de la niebla como el piso puede mojarse cuando el huésped utiliza la niebla.

UUsuario invitadoOverall the apartment is cozy. We loved the stay. The swimming pool is very basic type just meant for kids. There is a table tennis and a simple gym for guests. The apartment is clean. However after the next day os our stay, my wife's eyes was bitten by some bugs which we found at the master bedroom. Her face and eyes got swollen badly. I search online and found out that these bugs are very poisonous. I know the hotel management can't control the bugs from flying into the unit. But we as guests shouldn't suffer this kind of painful experience too. The management has yet revert me of what action should I take now.. I am writing this review so that all guests should always check their unit for these flying bugs. Other than that, this apartment is a good choice to stay. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

UUsuario invitadoWith the price I paid, I'm totally satisfied with everything, water heater in good condition, air cond running smoothly, 2 toilet paper provided with 2 small bar soap..the room and bathroom is clean, kiblat direction, beddings necessities quite comfortable. I just hope the hotel can add more details on their site, mine don't have windows but no complain since we stay for short time. Iron and drinking water provided at the stairs.
