«Llegó tarde alrededor de 1am después de largo jem de tráfico antes de terowong menora ipoh. Adiós al personal bien. Inspeccione con rapidez. Recogieron depósito Rm100. Esta tercera vez me quedo aquí. Me gusta este hotel porque tienen todas las instalaciones que necesito. Como puede ver en mi foto abajo. Comida cercana caminable por lo que no tienes que preocuparse. El estacionamiento también tiene pero tienes que poner copón u otros con aplicaciones MBSP. Siempre parque en la parte de atrás del edificio del hotel que es más fácil . En general es un agradable hotel para permanecer.»

«Overall the apartment is cozy. We loved the stay. The swimming pool is very basic type just meant for kids. There is a table tennis and a simple gym for guests. The apartment is clean. However after the next day os our stay, my wife's eyes was bitten by some bugs which we found at the master bedroom. Her face and eyes got swollen badly. I search online and found out that these bugs are very poisonous. I know the hotel management can't control the bugs from flying into the unit. But we as guests shouldn't suffer this kind of painful experience too. The management has yet revert me of what action should I take now.. I am writing this review so that all guests should always check their unit for these flying bugs. Other than that, this apartment is a good choice to stay. Staff are helpful and friendly too.»

ZZhi WenWhat I like: Friendly housekeeper. Property is new and clean, the bed seems to be clean and hygienic. No dirty/dusty spots in room and at corners. Drinking water dispenser is available at common area. Iron & ironing board at common area. Table & chairs at common area is helpful for getting some work done on laptop. Great place for a good night sleep, no noise issues during my stay. Standard USB ports (2x) on the power socket is available, if you forget your charger or need more ports.
What can be improved: Slow Wi-Fi (DL: 4mbps, UL: 0.5mbps) but it's likely an issue with the area and not unique to this property. Wi-Fi password can be displayed in room or common area. Onboarding and checking in process can be more seamless. Sound proofing of rooms is not great. No hairdryer. I did not use the pool, but if you plan on using it, you may need to inform property owner to prepare beforehand as there were little water in the pool.

SShao XiangVisited the hotels several times. This is one of my favourite hotels in Malaysia, it is very cosy and they provide a good breakfast menu. The hotels scrounging by a lot of restaurants and food courts, it is suitable for people who need a quick bite.

CCH’NG SIN HENGA Fantastic Stay in Prai!
We had a wonderful experience at Citadines Prai Penang. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette and washing machine were especially useful for our family trip. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is great—convenient for both leisure and business. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

UUsuario invitadoAll is okay includes room, services and breakfast. But one thing that I should need to change is their ”luxury” bidet. I'm staying for 5 days and not so comfortable using those bidet instead of pipe. I hope management will consider it for customers staying long more than 2-3 days.

Aunque encontrábamos un incidente menor, el gestor de operaciones estaba en funciones y se dirigió rápidamente al tema.
El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad.
En comparación con otros hoteles cercanos, este se recomienda muy bien por su limpieza y experiencia general, pero sugiero que se limpien más frecuentemente los tapices para la seguridad de los niños, ya que los niños tienden a arrancar y jugar en el piso.
Por último, pero no menos importante, la puerta de escape de incendios debe ser inspeccionada para garantizar que sea accesible por razones de seguridad.
