Llegó tarde alrededor de 1am después de largo jem de tráfico antes de terowong menora ipoh. Adiós al personal bien. Inspeccione con rapidez. Recogieron depósito Rm100. Esta tercera vez me quedo aquí. Me gusta este hotel porque tienen todas las instalaciones que necesito. Como puede ver en mi foto abajo. Comida cercana caminable por lo que no tienes que preocuparse. El estacionamiento también tiene pero tienes que poner copón u otros con aplicaciones MBSP. Siempre parque en la parte de atrás del edificio del hotel que es más fácil . En general es un agradable hotel para permanecer.

It is great to have a hotel near to the hospital, their service was also great but however I think they need to change their bed, it was uncomfortable. Also my room got no wifi because it was far away. I think they need to add more wifi in several locations.

Great location! local market, sunway carnival mall, Billion shopping centre, medical centre, government clinic, f&b, temple of worships all just within walking distance.
ample of parking but without cover. You will be getting wet when walk to take your car during rainy day. Free parking and must be validate your card every time before go out.
The room is clean.
Book & requested for an extra bed(within RM100 per night), pay at hotel when check-in.

My stay at The Light Hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, complete with a comfortable bed. SShao XiangOne of my favourite hotels in Penang, I come here at least once a quarter. They provide good quality accommodation. Hotels' rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast has several choices. I had stated in this hotel many times, but this time, there were no welcome back snacks, and they arranged for me to stay a lower floor room. (Previously always at higher floor rooms, which has a better view and privacy)

Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm but we arrived in Penang at 7pm, we expected the hotel room to be available so we could check-in straight away, but unfortunately our room is still not available. We are very grateful to a female receptionist (wearing a hijab) who was willing to solve this problem within 15 minutes compared to the first male receptionist who made us wait for almost 1 hour to check in. I'm sorry for throwing a tantrum at the counter because we have to wait a long time to follow, we're really tired from traveling so far. The hotel has offered 8 free breakfast sets as a sign of apology for our loss of 5 hours to check-in. Thank you again for the efforts of the reception girl. The hotel is very comfortable and the food is very good, the only mistake was the moment we checked in. I hope I won't have this kind of check-in experience again. Thank you

Sin embargo, si se comparte con un colega, puede que no sea muy conveniente ya que el baño está situado fuera del baño, junto a un baja cuentador con la caldera y las tazas. Para mejorar - proporcionar mat de piso en la zona de la niebla como el piso puede mojarse cuando el huésped utiliza la niebla.

MMCLee RichardSupposed to be NON Smoking but the room allocated was full of cigarette smell . Rules are not implemented as we found there are guests smokhang inside the room and at first floor lobby as well.
There isn't double layer curtain blinds except the thick curtain so you can't open the thick curtain as others can see through the window .
There isn't any any shower door except a very fragile/ thin layer of cheap plastic screen that could not prevent the water from spilling towards the bathroom door and flooding the whole floor that has made it very slippery.
Towet rack is installed too high , you may find it difficult to reach.
TV reception is so poor you couldn't tell which channel or program is playing.
Overall ,room is clean but others are disappointing and room rate is expensive.
Will not recommend anyone to stay .
