Hoteles en Thamrin, Yakarta Central

We stayed in Aston due to its close proximity to Gambir Station, where we were taking the panoramic train to Bandung. What we loved about the hotel is it’s adjacent to a mall where we had our dinner. There’s also several banks behind the hotel we withdrew our funds and a convenience store (Indomaret) for snacks. The only downside is it’s quite a distance from the airport (about 1 hour plus drive due to the traffic).

Location of this hotel is good. But the room is kind of outdated. Doesn’t have any USB PORT for charging of mobile devices at all in the room. Also, the water pressure coming out from the shower head is not strong even when I select the option of shower head only and the water coming out from the tap for the bathtub is off.

We took the family king room which is to accomodate 3 adults. Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3.45pm but was told the room was not ready. However the staff at the check in counter gave us a temporary room (king deluxe room)to rest while we wait for our room to be ready. At 5pm they call saying the room was ready and we will be transfered to the our room. After we moved, we went out for dinner. At 10pm we went back to our room and realized that the sofabed was not ready and no pillow or blanket for the third adult to sleep. I call the guest service, and they came to set up. But i dont know what happened, they said the sofabed was broken so it cannot be set up. They will bring in an extra bed instead. The extra bed made the room less space to move around. I booked the room with sofabed is because i prefer to close it in day time so i have much space to roam around the room. That night also, i called the engineering team to repair the shower head holder. Because it seems not to hold the shower head properly which makes it difficult to use. They came an fixed it. But the next day, it became broken loose again. I gave up and just let it be. I dont expect this kind of room facilities from grand hyatt a five star hotel in Jakarta. Please maintain your rooms better. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciate and extremely happy for that.

The service is overwhelming in this hotel, they always very kind, helpful for our traveller. The front desk also very helpful that help me to solve when I out of cash but I need to pay the ehailing fee. They always having a smiling face to every customer. The room also been upgraded for us. The city view in the room is breathtaking so I would strongly recommend this hotel again.

The combination of warm hospitality, friendly staff, and well-equipped facilities made it a truly outstanding experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and impeccable service.

Me alojé recientemente en este hotel y superó todas mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que entré, el personal fue increíblemente acogedor y atento, haciéndome sentir como en casa. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y hermosamente decorada, y ofrecía impresionantes vistas de la ciudad. Las comodidades eran de primera categoría, desde la lujosa ropa de cama hasta el gimnasio bien equipado y las instalaciones de spa. Las opciones gastronómicas del hotel eran excepcionales, con una variedad de platos deliciosos para elegir. During my recent trip to Jakarta, I had the opportunity to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin, and my experience was thoroughly satisfying. Facilities: While the property is more business-focused and compact compared to larger luxury hotels, it still offers everything essential for a pleasant stay. Dining: Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was impressive, featuring a good spread of both Indonesian and Western options. Everything was fresh and replenished frequently. I also appreciated the made-to-order egg station and the availability of local dishes, which gave the breakfast an authentic touch. In-room dining was quick and the food quality was above expectations. Staff Service: The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were genuinely courteous, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant, every interaction was met with warm smiles and efficient service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Location: The location of Four Points Jakarta is one of its strongest points. Situated right in Thamrin, the hotel offers easy access to major malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, as well as numerous office buildings. Public transportation options are also nearby, making it extremely convenient to navigate the city. Really love this hotel. They put a lot effort into making their guest comfortable. Love their check in counter whereby everyone got to seat comfortably and personalize check in. The room is top quality with very sexy transparent bathroom. Bed is super comfortable. Love their japanese restaurant with yummy japanese cuisine and very friendly staff and chef. Also love their variety selection of dining restaurants and cafe all serves best food. The location is very strategic next to Sarinah and food streets and Grand Plaza and Plaza Indonesia. I will definitely recommend everyone to stay here. They also very flexible with check out time and extended mine until 3pm without much issue. I will surely come back to stay here in the future.
