Fantástico
AAGuyfromKLI recently stayed at the newly opened Pan Pacific Hotel Jakarta, and I must say, the experience was a pleasant one overall. The hotel boasts stunning views of the city skyline, offering a perfect backdrop whether you're relaxing in your room or enjoying the shared spaces. The ambiance is elegant yet modern, making it a very nice place to stay, especially for those looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway in the heart of Jakarta.
The hotel’s location is also a major plus – strategically situated near various malls and points of interest, it’s perfect for travelers who love to explore the city’s shopping and entertainment offerings.
However, there’s room for improvement in terms of guest service and event management. During my stay, several areas of the hotel were inaccessible due to private events, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast café was relocated to a different room to accommodate a private party, and unfortunately, some food items were unavailable due to the temporary setup. While I understand the need to host events, I do hope the hotel will consider better planning to ensure guests are not inconvenienced, especially when paying for a premium experience.
That said, I still had a great stay overall, and I believe the hotel has strong potential as it continues to fine-tune its operations. I would definitely recommend Pan Pacific Jakarta, especially for those looking for a new luxury hotel with incredible views and easy access to many of Jakarta’s top attractions.

Las instalaciones son bastante completas para un hotel de su categoría (Aston, Novotel, Santika, etc.), lo único que echamos en falta es que no hay smart TV.
Y la sauna no se podía utilizar en ese momento.
El desayuno era muy variado y no había nada de malo, salvo que el pan de masa madre estaba un poco poco cocido.
y el opor es demasiado dulce
En general, con este precio e instalaciones, la calificación es 8,5/10.

MMohamed 1122This is the best hotel apartment place I have stayed at , restaraunt is first class , best hotel restaraunt I have eaten at in Indonesia by far , staff incredibly kind and respectful , room was clean , when I checked in the mini fridge wasn’t working and they replaced it within 30 minutes , great service, I have been to a lot of places in Jakarta and this is in my top 2 , do yourself a favour and book there if only for the food in the restaraunt .

El aseo del baño está un poco anticuado.
Por una buena ubicación estratégica.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación no estaba limpio, lo que provocó que se repitieran las alergias.
La comida del desayuno es deliciosa y con mucha variedad.
En general, buena reseña, solo necesita ser reparada para la llave de acceso a la habitación.

SShah RomanoThis Hotel is excellent for its customer services, all relevant staff are quite helpful and well-mannered. Breakfast spread is superb and taste very good. Location is a definite advantage.
Regarding the room I occupied, being a 5-star rated hotel and carrying international brand, the room's condition could be upgraded as wear-and-tear of furnishings are clearly visible and looks bit outdated, particularly the TV and the chair. Do pay attention to the floor of bathroom which gets slippery when wet and most hotels nowadays do not use shower curtain anymore as water easily splashes onto the floor, and coming out from the bathtub poses real threat of slip to elderly and child. The room's air suction in bathroom did not function.
Although I gave 5 stars to location, cleanliness and services, I could only give overall 4 stars due to the room's condition where I occupied for 2 nights.

MMarty EdwinI loved staying at this hotel. The room was big, very comfortable with a nice view of the city. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It has a great coffee shop downstairs and the breakfasts and lunches which I paid for a few days were great. Nice setting around the pool to eat. There are some nice markets and local food places close by to walk. You can walk to a big park nearby that is nice to get away from the craziness of the city traffic. The city monument and large Mosque are withing walking distance. The area around the hotel is not as busy as the main roads or other traffic areas. Its a bit like a little gated area. Overall a grea stay and would definitely go back to stay there next time in Jakarta.

Check-In and Reception:
The check-in process was seamless and efficient. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who handled everything swiftly while providing all necessary information about the hotel's amenities. Their friendliness and professionalism instantly made me feel at home.
Room Quality:
I stayed in a well-appointed guest room that was both modern and functional. The room was clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed with practical touches like a comfortable work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and an excellent mattress that provided restful sleep. Although not large, the space was cleverly utilized, and the city views added a nice urban charm. Amenities like complimentary bottled water, a coffee maker, and a spacious bathroom with quality toiletries were appreciated.
Facilities:
While the property is more business-focused and compact compared to larger luxury hotels, it still offers everything essential for a pleasant stay. The fitness center was small but well-equipped with modern machines, ideal for a quick workout. There is also a stylish restaurant and a cozy bar area perfect for unwinding after a day in the city.
Dining:
Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was impressive, featuring a good spread of both Indonesian and Western options. Everything was fresh and replenished frequently. I also appreciated the made-to-order egg station and the availability of local dishes, which gave the breakfast an authentic touch. In-room dining was quick and the food quality was above expectations.

The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were genuinely courteous, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant, every interaction was met with warm smiles and efficient service, enhancing the overall guest experience.

The location of Four Points Jakarta is one of its strongest points. Situated right in Thamrin, the hotel offers easy access to major malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, as well as numerous office buildings. Public transportation options are also nearby, making it extremely convenient to navigate the city.
