We had an excellent stay in Jakarta for 4 days and 3 nights for our birthday trip. Thanks to the front desk and guest relations team for making this surprise happen with the nice drawing in the room❤️. They breakfast was nice althis just a 3 star hotel, but it doesn't matter, we really enjoyed it! However, we can not sleep well in the first night because there are some phone vibrations around at the midnight. Hence, we decided to upgrade the room and it’s much better, spacious room. Really appreciate all the employees has provide a warm hospitality. KUDOS FOR YOU ALL👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Service crews are friendly and have no problem in communicating with them in English They are helpful and wears a great smile with greetings The room is clean and spacious, air conditioning is good The breakfast buffet has a lot of food variety with a combination of Asian and Western delicacies Food is nice Swimming is clean and they have some interesting activities Next time we will try out the Gym There is a mall linked to the hotel , it's name is Harmoni entrance.

I would like to call out Mr Ramdhan, a waiter at Harris Cafe, for his excellent service. The last time when I was staying 2nites at the hotel, he remembered on the 2nd morning of my breakfast that I drank Cuppacino. He served me Cuppacino without me asking. This morning when he saw me, he remembered and asked if I wanted a cup of Cuppacino, and he served me again! I am truly impressed with his level of service, and applaud the hotel for this high standard. Thank you Mr Ramdhan and Harris Cafe!

Happy to stay at POP hotel. The location is very convenient for me. Value for money. But not convenient the table area. No light to shine the table. Quiet dark for me to work. And also no power point at the table for me to charge my laptop.
