Good stay at this hotel. But foods served in room is very costly and they took service charges also.

Bad experience with the hotel especially keeping us waiting to get hot water in the tap. Hotel people didn’t care too much for it.

The hotel location is good with close proximity to railway station. The rooms were clean and hotel is maintained properly. The food was also very good and available always.

breakfast quality very low .. even limited options in meinu card.. basis necessities like tea bags sugar etc not available.. totally disappointed ☹️

In no way it is delux room category. As no space to sit and eat. Not provided pure requested twin bed. It seems reception persons not helpful and accomodative. After taking ids of family member not keen to provide extra towel and soap as per hygiene protocol. A door inside to another room proved poor delux room status as talking from their room loud and disturbing. No chair and table to eat and relax. Meeting person have to sit and eat on bed, a terrific situation. I am not satisfied with your customer care person, when i narrated the pathetic condition and he also talked with hotel persons. Small bathroom, door inside room and no space to sit and eat in deluxe suit.

Room was not ready even when we reached next day morning despite blocking the room from previous day. Breakfast not proper only one item and tea.
