It was so terrible. When we slept in night, hotel staff close the main switch of air conditioning and they are also no facility of hot water in bathroom. Staff is also not interested in their guest.

The hotel is nice, but they gave me a room late by 30-50 minutes, i have to wait for check-in. No doubt, the room is good. But the service is slow.

1. staff was continuously stare our guest. (its very pathetic behaviour )
2. room was not clean (feel bad smell)
3. washroom was very dirty even not provide any shop
4. bed sheets was dirty.
5. due to this issue i have checkout within 2 hrs. 6. not feel save specially for girl.

The rooms shown was not given. The washroom was not clean. And they tried to take money for tea and breakfast which i did not even order.
