They checked out as soon as I reached for checkin and when I received the feedback message, they were snatching the phone from my hand and were going to give a 5. I refused to give my phone and asked to tell me the steps to follow and he said press 5 and you will receive a confirmation code for check in. I refused to do it because I know that’s a feedback message. And he refused to do check in and asked me to cancel my booking. I called the owner and spoke with him and he did my check in. After that when I went to the room and found that the room was so dirty. Bedsheets were not changed, pillow covers were not changed, comforter was not changed. The floor was not cleaned and there was no hot water. And when asked for any help, they would just say we will do in sometime and would not do at all. I had to contact the owner for everything. And even then they would come and just do it for name sake. The staff here doesn’t know how to respect the customers and the hotel is very dirty and unhygienic
