Used Hilton hotels before but not this format. As a first time visitor to Denver my firm booked me into this place. I’ve travelled a lot and I can say this is a great place to stay. Low key, super smart and clean, very friendly staff, great facilities including free breakfast and coffee in your room. The rooms are like studio apartments with micro wave, dish washer and fridge, sofa, super wide desk to work at, fast wi-fi and only c. 35 minutes from the airport. There are some nice restaurants and a great sports bar all within 2 minutes walking distance. Can’t find a fault and would strongly recommend to business travellers, couples and families.

Super great, good friendly staff. Warm breakfast. Good location. what more can I say? Weekend pricing was good . Clean room. Kitchen facility was very clean and ready if any cooking was to be donw.

Based on our stay we will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and I will tell everyone I know. Arrived there, system down to check in. requested extra bedding, waiting TWO hours in our room, immediately after we walked out, a hotel worker sneaks into our room to " put them in there ". Transients/homeless people all over, called the police to do extra routine drive by's. They said they usually have problems at this hotel, especially the gas station nearby. NEVER felt so unsafe at a hotel, and I am a VERY tough person...On the first night at least TWO cars reported BROKEN INTO!!! The homeless people staying there ( obviously this is NOT a generalization and not all are like this ) stayed on the only two hotel computers from at least 6 am until 5pm allowing NO ONE else on...they watch you get in and out of your vehicle. My son and I stayed up all night watching our vehicle in the parking lot. All of the hotel employees are friends/family of them too and let them do whatever they want. These people walked around with unleased dogs and birds, there were 3 different sets of people. The coffee had a load of coffee grounds in it too, the room had broken appliances ( two ) , people drag race down Arapahoe Road all night, my son saw people messing around by parked cars. All the people that work there do is hang out with all these people. Like the other earlier review said the whole place smells like cigarettes and *********. They let them set up shop and work on cars in the parking lot?!?! Never again

Some errors on check in however was addressed promptly and professionally by GM Heather Cook. Loved atmosphere with outdoor patios with hanging lights. Close to a lot of great amenities including Top Golf! Digital key once activated is great feature with Hilton Honours

Stayed at the Centennial Home2Suites. Would not recommend this hotel. It was so loud because the windows are cheap and there is not enough insulation. Could here everything from rooms 3 doors away.It also looks like this hotel has a car repair business being conducted in the parking lot. 3 men had 2 cars jacked up, parts spread around, working under the cars the entire time I was there. When I asked about it, the front desk girl asked for my room number and added a $50 charge to my bill. She then went out to the men and told them what I said. I know because I coincidentally walked back out to get a suitcase and heard her tell them. The men also heckled me when I walked by. I assume these men were either the owners or friends of this front desk clerk. Either way, it was very uncomfortable and strange. I worried about my car the entire night seeing they had easy access to it.

From arrival to departure the accommodations were just what I was looking for for my stay cation away from the everyday, without going away.. The place was clean the staff very nice and made me feel welcome. The fact my four legged friends were just as welcome made it that much more enjoyable. I am planning on returning there in the future for sure. Thank you to all the employees for the warm hospitality.

Even though Hilton says they allow cancellations, this location won't allow them for any reason. Just beware of this, there are other locations in the area that are great about schedule changes. They were also very rude to my wife when she called to ask if there was any other options. Pretty rough experience all around.

Travelled here to Denver from Wisconsin. This was one of 3 Hilton hotels stayed at and was the best one overall. Always like home 2 suites when I travel. The only issue ran into was that I reserved a handicap accessible room 3 weeks in advance and confirmed through Hilton app. And they did not have one for me. Which was not great since my wife has scooter and was more difficult to maneuver in normal room with less space especially the bathroom. And having driven 16 hrs and having to drive back 16 hrs back, my wife couldn’t shower for the 2 days we stayed. However, management was impressively on the ball and comped both nights for us without giving us any hard time at all. They just took care of it on their own. So I greatly appreciated them stepping forward and handling it. The place was otherwise great.

I was here for 13 days. Now I read what other ppl wrote abt the hotel nd I would like to say something. Yes for me too after 1 week they tried to take more money out of my account. I went to the front desk nd asked why nd I was told the computer is set up to only take few days nd not the whole 13 days at the same time. Wich made sense after calculations I could see it was not all taken out. They were very nice abt it nd I went nd payed the rest of my stay and all went fine. No matter the problem they would go out of their way to get it fixed. The hotel is clean. Yes there are ppl living there nd some of them had a really hard time u can tell BUT I never felt unsafe,threatened or uncomfortable. All of the ppl I met during my stay were very nice. The breakfast is plenty to choose from nd the coffee tastes like coffee. The pool was my favorite nd most of the time I had it for myself. The cleaning nd maintenance crew also is happy to help with any need uay have. All in all is very nice to stay here:alone,with partner or kids or even as a business trip it is clean safe nd quiet...nd yes I am a real person that spent 13 nights here.....
